Travertine doesn’t absorb heat like other materials and offers an elegant contrast to robust lawns and plantings. The look of Travertine is exquisite. It has a smooth surface with small pores and dimples that give it an “old world finish.” In our area of the Northeast (Long Island, NY), the summer sun gets intense. However, Travertine does not absorb the heat like brick or bluestone, and is similar to light-colored concrete pavers where heat is not re

Noise is a very common problem in restaurants/bars when they have a lot of sound from voices, music, kitchen, bar, etc. in a space with hard surfaces and nothing to absorb the sound. The client wanted to cut down on the overall echo or reverberation of the space for a more enjoyable customer experience. The custom printed panels placed in the space help absorb the sound and prevent the sound from continuing to travel and bounce in the space.

Completely remodeled the inside of the traditional church to make it more modern by closing in the stained glass windows with plaster and paint; revamping the stage to make more room for the musicians; adding sound absorbing panels, new sound equipment, high tech color changing LED lighting and fixtures witch include spot lights, rope lighting along the side wall sconces and large hanging pendants; new carpet in the main area and tile floors in the vestibule/common area were installed and the pews were replaced with comfortable and sound absorbing individual interlocking chairs.

This client had already fallen twice before we installed Rubaroc, because his ramp was so slippery! Now he can walk safely and with confidence, at any time of the year. This poor veteran was given a ramp to help him access his home, but no railing to hold onto! Worse yet, the pressure treated boards were like ice, with even the slightest bit of frost. We added a sturdy railing for him, but most importantly, we covered the entire walking surface with safe, anti-slip Rubaroc!
