This beautiful table is made from a maple tree that was cut down many years ago from baseball legend, Ted Williams, baseball camp called “Splendid Splinters” in Lakeville, MA. We acquired this wood several years ago and had just enough left to build this 66” round table that opens to accept 5 center leaves.

In this kitchen we demoed the existing flooring and installed new 9x72 Paradigm Odyssey LVP flooring. We put in new alder cabinets finished in White Dove OC-17, paramount doors & drawer fronts. We reframed the pantry to accept new custom pantry cabinet with rollouts. We also added power bars, tray dividers, and floating shelves above the kitchen sink. The kitchen received new quartz countertops and full height backsplash, Amerock Renown cabinet hardware in matte black, new undermount kitchen sink, and new plumbing fixtures. The dry bar has a new base, uppers and floating shelves with quartz countertops to match the kitchen.

When this couple came to KSI for a kitchen, laundry, and powder remodel, their style inspiration couldn’t have been more split – he liked light, she liked dark! These clients had already remodeled their kitchen and master bath and wanted to add additional living space to their already beautiful backyard. They had plenty of space between the back of their house and the pool to fit a large outdoor kitchen and entertaining space. We demoed the overhang, rafters, shingles and decking as needed to accept new joists, frame and new roof. We framed out the trim overhang to match the existing house, so that you couldn't tell the difference. Oklahoma Flagstone was used for the new portion of deck. The outer edge of stone from the existing deck was removed to tie in with new deck, so again, the addition was seamless. A new gas line was run from the existing pool equipment to the new grill and a secondary area was made off of the pipe that can be tied on to for future use. Three GFCI plugs were installed in outdoor kitchen area; one in the back splash, one for the refrigerator and one for grill. The clients purchased two outdoor ceiling fans that we also installed to keep the area cool in the heat of the summer. End the end, the new exterior new soffit, trim, fascia and gutters were painted and the columns were stained to match the existing exterior. The client decided to reface her kitchen cabinets rather than paint or replace them. The sadly outdated Oak cabinets had a green stain which was very outdated. Changes made to the existing cabinets prior to the refacing included: • Adding a new cabinet over the fridge (the old one was long since removed as a new fridge was too tall • Eliminating the range fan hood cover to allow for a new microwave/fan combination and a new cabinet overhead • Modifying the existing microwave cabinet to now accept two full height doors • Adding a new upper cabinet to the right of this, in matching dimensions • Adding a new base cabinet below this new upper (right of the dishwasher), which includes a small cutlery drawer and two tall pot drawers. The new drawers are full extension and feature Blum SoftClose technology • Installing two new tall pot drawers to each of the base cabinets to the right and left of the range For the cabinets, Alder in a Golden Maple stain was used for the cabinet refacing, which included “plant-on” panels everywhere. A “Raised Panel” Shaker style of door and pot drawer was used with slab fronts chosen for the smaller cutlery drawers throughout. A new 3 ½” crown molding was added to the upper cabinets. Blum SoftClose hinges were used for all door closures. New Richelieu Knobs and handles in a brushed satin finish were chosen to complete this warm and inviting transformation. This client is EXTREMELY HAPPY with this transformation, and the good news – this price was about half of the cost of replacing the existing cabinets with ‘all new’.

Style gives way to natural beauty and the home is neither of the past or future, rather it lives in the moment. Stable, grounded and unpretentious the home is understated yet powerful. The environment encourages exploration and an awakening of inner being dispelling convention and accepted norms. This wall upgrade was designed to conceal plumbing, heating and electrical ducts as well as to add a closet, bathroom access and shoe storage in a challenging space. Custom cabinetry and millwork were the only acceptable solution to maintain access to utilities and provide functional storage at the same time. The door to the bathroom is completely hidden and looks like the rest of the cabinets.

When these Canton, MA homeowners desired to upgrade their childrens’ bathroom, they were referred to Renovisions who were grateful to accept the task. The clients were unhappy with the existing cramped floor plan, lack of storage, old and drafty windows, outdated fixtures and overall lackluster aesthetic. Renovisions designed the new room to not only meet the client’s goals, but exceeded them abundantly. Mobility in the space was limited due to the door swing into the room. Renovisions recommended replacing the currenmt door with a pocket door in an arch-top beaded design to match the nearby bedroom doors, while also upgrading the hallway linen closet with new shelving and same styled door. Renovisions also increased the layout by borrowing space from the adjacent dining room. There is now more room for the handsome, quartered-mahogany wall-hung vanity with linen tower. Since the homeowners requested a contemporary look, the design team focused on choosing more modern products including a soaking tub, minimalistic square designed shower heads, tub filler, single lever faucet and a large rectangular sink. The white quartz countertop with wide veining and waterfall edge, along with the striking larger format subway tile finished with square edge chrome profiles contribute to the clean aethetic and modern appeal. From the sleek porcelain plank floor tile, new double-mulled Marvin casement windows and recessed lighting that provides just the right amount of light, the end result: a one-of-a-kind bathroom, a unique and modern ‘Revitalized Room’.
