This is a view of the stove wall of the kitchen. On the right as you enter the room is the closet for care taking of the home. The cabinetry uses elements from the Early America's furniture found in Virginia. The panels typically use collection molds to frame the panel itself. Door and panel styles are important: the type chosen may either tie the cabinetry to the house, conflict with the house's architecture or simply be acceptable. This historic home had examples of two types to choose from: a "bollection" style panel of a short raised panel. Designer: Terri Becker Construction: Star Interior Resources For this luxurious kitchen remodel, we removed the marble counter tops and installed quartz counter tops with a waterfall edge for the island. We altered the cabinetry to accept new sub-zero stainless steel appliances, we painted the existing cabinetry a cool gray, added stunning structural porcelain Emser tile in the kitchen and wet bar for the back splash, installed 60" stainless steel under mount sink with two faucets. We installed a custom sliding barn door for the pantry.

The walls are in clay, the ceiling is in clay and wood, and one of the four walls is a window. Japanese wabi-sabi way of life is a peaceful joy to accept the full life circle. From birth to death, from the point of greatest glory to complete decline. Therefore, the main décor element here is a 6-meter window with a view of the landscape that no matter what will come into the world and die. Again, and again.

When your Landscape Lighting aligns perfectly with your landscaping right in front of the house things appear magically at night. The appreciation of this project was that we were in the forefront of the landscaping and Landscape Lighting designed by the first homeowner and absolutely inspiring and emotionally accepted by the new homeowners who commented "they love seeing their home at night". The "Fireplace Remodel" is based on the farmhouse style. With matching custom storage bench's on each side made from knotty pine T&G boards, trimmed with a hand carved chair rail molding. The custom fireplace surround, and floating shelves built from pine are all carefully hand sanded then prepped to accept a custom combination of stain, finished with 3 coats of polyurethane for long lasting durability.

This is painted as part of Tree series. I chose Aspen for their lovely white trunks and flower-like leaves. The artwork has been accepted to be displayed in the juried show. Painted on premier quality canvas stretched on a 1.5 thick frame, using artist grade oil paints, the work is a humble attempt to bring focus on the beauty of nature. Painting is sealed with acrylic varnish and sides are painted black. It is unframed and hangs with d-link and wire assembly. It can be framed as needed. The painting is shipped with certificate of authenticity and care instructions. I just love lighting stucco and stone homes. The sense of contrast and blending of Architecture makes this already stunning home look STELLAR at night! The key here is also light balance upon the home and with mature plantings surrounding the front foundation it was accepted that I could perform aesthetic pruning and corrective pruning on the plant materials for more optimal light placement and positioning. Completed kitchen Cabinet, Island, and Fridge space Remodel. We used the same space but squared out the island from a 1/2 moon shape adding more square footage to it, added more drawer sets, new backsplash, original Black countertops and installed full length pullouts in the tall pantries. The island received new countertop, pullout trash bins, new farmhouse sink and enough room for 7-8 person seating. The back of the island wash finished off with 3 - 27" cabinets for additional storage. The Refrigerator area was built out with a fridge frame to accept a 5 foot side-by-side freezer and fridge.

Our recent customer in Frisco came to us with a challenge and we definitely accepted! We designed and helped turn their plain backyard into an outdoor living and entertainment dream. To begin, we had to remove the middle pillar on the existing patio cover and installed a new beam to support the roof line. We poured the concrete to build the basketball court, installed the basketball goal, and added finishing touches like black Tejas Rock along the back of the property line. We continued by installing synthetic turf throughout the backyard. We also designed and installed the Putting Green. To add to this entertainment oasis, we built a Pergola and privacy wall for the hot tub area and created a decomposed granite walkway to the front driveway.

Coastal Shingle Style on St. Andrew Bay Private Residence / Panama City Beach, Florida Architect: Eric Watson Builder: McIntosh-Myers Construction For this lovely Coastal Shingle–style home, E. F. San Juan supplied Loewen impact-rated windows and doors, E. F. San Juan Invincia® impact-rated custom mahogany entry doors, exterior board-and-batten siding, exterior shingles, and exterior trim and millwork. We also supplied all the interior doors, stair parts, paneling, mouldings, and millwork. Challenges: At over 10,000 square feet, the sheer size of this home—coupled with the extensive amount of materials we produced and provided—made for a great scheduling challenge. Another significant challenge for the E. F. San Juan team was the homeowner’s desire for an electronic locking system on numerous Invincia® doors we custom manufactured for the home. This was a first-time request for us, but a challenge we gladly accepted! Solution: We worked closely with the builder, Cliff Myers of McIntosh-Myers Construction, as well as the architect, Eric Watson, to ensure the timeliness of decisions as they related to the home’s critical production timeline. We also worked closely with our design engineer and the home’s engineer of record, Allen Barnes of Apex Engineering Group, to provide a solution that allowed for an electronic lock on our custom Invincia® mahogany doors. In 2021, Reynard Architectural Designs accepted its first design project. Our team partnered with Tobars Dobbs to transform a tiny, abandoned ranch in West Atlanta into an expansive contemporary modern home. The first floor, existing brickwork, and main structure where kept in tact. The original ranch was a closed floor plan with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with an extended hallway. All the interior finishes, appliances and walls were removed to convert the home into an open floor plan that maximizes space on the first floor. The finished home is a modern contemporary design that doubled the number of bedrooms, created four accessible outdoor decks, and created a fresh look that balances simplicity with plenty of character. The home on Shirley Street takes advantage of minimalist/modern design elements, clean white countertops and cupboards that are complimented nicely by classic stainless steel finishes. The original ranch home was once confined and segmented. Now, an open stairway that is bathed in natural light leads to the main living space above. Low profile jack and jill vanity mirrors, a soaker tub with a view, and a spacious shower all highlight the serene master bathroom. The master bedroom makes great use of light with a small, private transom above the bed and easy outdoor access to a private patio deck behind the main sleeping quarters. A private getaway shaded by the surrounding live oaks is just what's needed after a long day at work. The home on Shirley Street features four of these private patio decks that provide additional entertainment and relaxation space.
