The different levels of this space not only suggest distinct areas for lounging and dining but the raised area enhances the views of the outdoors over the living room seating. The built in bookcase was existing but was in a dark wood and so we painted it and had all the sections lit to highliight the owners' arrowhead collection. The floors and handrails throughout the house were originally a high gloss gymnasium yellow floor - they were sanded and given a satin sheen. Former home of, “Country Music legend”, Roy Acuff. This was one of the most amazing homes I had the opportunity to renovate. The music history and legendary celebrities this home as seen is what made it such a great honor working on this project.

Large luxurious living for two homes side by side located in Oran Park, South Western Sydney. FRONT YARD - Trees planted within the spacious gardens wrapping the front of each property. - Brick & block letterboxes. - Stepping pavers for easy walking access from the driveway to the front door. - Irrigation systems installed for both the turf and gardens.
