Exposed concrete walls and rock-filled gabion retaining was selected to anchor the partially day-lighted basement level and garages to the land. Materials were chosen to be low-maintenance, relatively inexpensive, and to contrast the volumes that express the interior spaces.

The cabinet was custom built by Freedom Valley Cabinets (Freedom, IN) who do great work.

Designer, Corinne Ekle was responsible for all the interiors from the ground up. Be sure to check out her blog post of the whole experience at http://www.c2designinteriors.com
