Cream city brick and fieldstone were used on the sunroom addition to match the home's original materials, creating a seamless transition. The sunroom's flat roof with railings complements the home's charm and makes the addition a focal point. It also ensures that windows and sight lines from the master bedroom aren't blocked. The kitchen is open to the new family room, which features ample shelving to display their vintage treasures. Tucked into the custom shelving are two reclaimed leaded glass windows. Incorporating antique windows into the space was a challenge, but we were able to use fixed insulated storm panels on the exterior to ensure energy efficiency while maintaining the window's charm on the interior. The space also includes French doors with beveled glass (a detail throughout the house). Photo Credit - David Bader
