Featured: African Queen
African Queen mixes metal effects and matte aesthetics creating surfaces so unique and beautiful they beg to be touched. Here the wilderness is tamed through elegance but never falsified.

The path flagstone path to the pool passes across the kid's soccer field through ornamental grass borders of evergreen Miiscanthus and orange Carex testacea. The Terra Cotta container is from Collezione.

Natural African Walnut from the Vintage Couture Collection by Heritage Woodcraft is a premium wide-plank (6-3/8") handscraped engineered flooring with a real walnut wear-layer. Its 9-ply cross-grain substrate makes it suitable for a glue, staple, nail or float installation over both concrete and wooden sub-floors on all grade levels. Natural African Walnut features 4-sided precision-milled tongue-and-groove beveled edges and a 7-layer Treffert® UV-cured acrylic urethane with aluminum oxide finish. The rich tones complement any interior design and the handscraping provides a vintage look.

For this home, we incorporated African art which is beautiful and powerful, and also our client is a huge collector.
The result was this modern yet chic and classy space.
African patterns and fabrics are also a great way to add interest and bring in different colors from the art to the furniture pieces.

African inspired colors, textures and materials add warmth and richness to this unique bathroom. The asymmetrical counter is topped with a natural stone stone vessel sink. The wall mounted faucet adds another element of uniqueness and keeps the counted uncluttered. Floor to ceiling 'grass' tile further imply the presence of nature.
