A young couple, owner of this duplex located near the Jean Talon market in Montreal’s little Italy, asked for Agence Imagine’s help and expertise to turn it into a single family home. Big renovations as well as an extension on the backyard have been made in order to offer today a large, comfortable home bathed in a lot of natural light.
The main floor’s layout is based on a linear structure that guides visitors into the living room and separates the kitchen area. A structural beam covered in a walnut veneer allows to maximize and open the living areas and gives a fluid circulation throughout the space.
Noble and raw materials and finishes such as wood, natural stone and quartz embellish this contemporary universe. The addition of a large patio door as well as a couple rectangular windows give a new sight toward the outside and allow natural light to penetrate the open area.
The installation of a 3 sided gas fireplace accentuates the warm hearted aspect of the space.
The kitchen, a mix of walnut and Italian lacquer, includes a spacious kitchen island where the owners like to cook and gather around with friends. Lots of organising spaces as well as a pantry have been thought out in order to optimize the use of space.
The upstairs includes a master’s bedroom with a walk-in and an access to the roof top terrace built on top of the main floor’s extension. On the 2nd floor we also find two bedrooms and a large bathroom. Spacious and functional, the bathroom offers calm and relaxation thanks to its podium bathtub and large Italian shower. The harmonious mix between the porcelain, the mosaic and the walnut veneer inspire serenity and elegance.

This photo depicts the custom wine racks incorporated into the home wine cellar Minneapolis project. The bottle orientations at the bottom section include the storage shelves for wooden cases and stemware. We added solid X-bins on both sides.
The existing lighting fixtures on the wall were not removed, so we needed to design a racking that would provide space for the lights.

This is one of the first occupied properties I have put on Houzz.com. I added a lot of accessories including mirrors, art, area rugs,, lighting and small accent furniture. The owners had a really high offer within a few days of listing it at $1.6 million.

The family of a local firefighter purchased a raw 15.7 acre ranch in the woody, rolling hills of Thousand Oaks to build their 4ksf, 1-story home with a view of the valley to the NE beyond. The husband and wife team, with an abundance of energy and fortitude, tackled every hurdle with optimistic determination and persistence, including the myriad of agency regulations, construction supervision, and material selections & purchases.
They came to ENRarchitects with a developed seed of an idea and a manila file full of handmade sketches. Together we continuously refined the ideas and produced the final design, documents and engineering to obtain timely permits and competitive bids from subcontractors and suppliers. The owner’s diligence in research and negotiation paid off significantly in a completed budget that was less than half the typical general contracting rate.
The welcoming home, features 4 bedrooms, 3-1/4 baths, kitchen, laundry & pantry, living, dining & family rooms, office, and a 3-car garage with a stall for the speedboat. With the latest in high-density insulation, foil-backed roof sheathing, energy efficient windows, the energy usage is very low, especially considering a whole house fan keeps the usage of the A/C system to a minimum, and a pellet-burning iron stove supplements the furnace.
The result is a beautiful oasis, perched in the hills, with ever-changing views in every direction.

GitHub has become one of the world's leading platforms for software development, collaboration, and version control. Millions of developers, startups, businesses, and open-source contributors rely on GitHub to host repositories, manage projects, and collaborate on code. As the platform continues to grow, Old GitHub Accounts have become increasingly valuable for professionals seeking established accounts with a longer history.
Whether you're a software developer, development agency, DevOps engineer, or technology entrepreneur, an older GitHub account may provide advantages when building a professional presence, contributing to open-source communities, or managing development projects.
