Making allusion to late nineteenth century opulence, we adorn the interior of Burdett’s shade with richly gathered pleating. A new-old house, lovingly detailed in the Greek Revival style, is created for a young family in Riverdale. Allusions to literary and architectural history infuse this richly appointed two-store reconstruction of a nondescript 1950's ranch. A gracious Doric front porch leads into a foyer and dramatic three-story-high, skylit stair hall.
