This project the home sat at the top of the hill with breathtaking views all around. The challenge was restrictions that dictated the placement of the pool a distance from the house. The final design was very pleasing with the swimming pool on the slope with these amazing views. A walkway leads from the side of the home to the pool gate. We recently completed construction on this backyard in Chino! The rock swimming pool and spa was designed to fit around the existing canary date palm that was already large and mature. (side note: we can also install large canary date palms in at your house, just like this one) With beautifully detailed rocks around the entire pool, the main focus is the large waterfall and slide, which also has a side water feature and bubblers below on a small reef. The giant 20’ wide lounging area or reef step provides ample room for lounge chairs or small children to play. The spa features a stand up well with jets all around you for ultimate relaxation. Around the pool, the hardscape follows the shape of the pool along the grass line. Along the back wall there is tasteful landscaping that will mature in the years to come and look fantastic. In addition to the pool, masonry and landscaping, we also designed and constructed a rock fire pit and large built in BBQ. This is a large backyard and is now ready for entertaining!

After detailed discussions between client and design team, we created a multi-use outdoor living space that is beyond appealing. Outside the back door, we have a landing and steps adorned by two raised planters. Stepping down to the main raised patio, the client has ample space for dining. Instead of having a raised wall at the end of the raised patio, we have a planting bed. Elite Landscaping removed an old vinyl liner pool from this home in a premier Omaha neighborhood. The goal was to install a new, concrete infinity-edge pool and spa with accessible pool deck. And we accomplished so much more! During the backyard remodel, the yard was elevated by 7.5 feet to improve access from the house to the pool deck with just three steps and a wheelchair-accessible ramp. More than 3,000 sq. feet of natural Travertine were installed for the pool deck, with stone veneer accents around the seating areas and firepit. An outdoor kitchen was installed, featuring polished granite countertops, a Fire Magic grill, Black Diamond appliances, and ample storage drawers. The pool structure boasts a 16-foot wide infinity edge, which is adorned with Black Galaxy iridescent glass tile. The pool wall is topped with fire/water bowls that cascade into the pool. A raised, double spa with 11-foot black granite ‘sheerfall’ edge also cascades into the pool. The custom concrete pool and raised spa each have their own variable speed pumps and heating systems for separate water flow and temperature control. Both can be fully automated through a smartphone or other smart device with the Pentair IntelliTouch system. An app allows homeowners to program LED lights, adjust temperature and water flow speeds, and test pool chemistry.
