We were tasked with creating a bathroom that would be both memorable and special—that also aligned with the style of the house. A bespoke, purple painted clawfoot bathtub delighted our clients and creates an unforgettable bathroom experience. Complete gut and redesign of the first floor bathroom including removal of the original shower. Design includes sink, plumbing, tile, lighting, wallpaper, window treatments, and accessories.

There were two goals in mind while designing for this gut renovation - contrast and customization. First, while designing the new kitchen, we used dark materials and finishes to create an opposing volume within the larger bright white context of the loft. Mid-sized elegant home office photo in Los Angeles

Our remodeled 1994 Deck House was a stunning hit with our clients. All original moulding, trim, truss systems, exposed posts and beams and mahogany windows were kept in tact and refinished as requested. All wood ceilings in each room were painted white to brighten and lift the interiors. This is the view looking from the living room toward the kitchen. Our mid-century design is timeless and remains true to the modernism movement.

The beautiful 12 x 8 Western Red Cedar Cabin is a multi-functional structure for storage, pool house or play house. Ships as a kit with panels, hardware and instructions for quick assembly. Ships in clear, unfinished wood that can be painted, stained or left natural. Sells for $4,895.00.

This Redwood greenhouse is situated in the picturesque woods of Bucks County Pa. This Greenhouse was purchased as a kit which came un-assembled and unfinished. As we dug the footings for the brick base we found a large rock that fit perfectly for the step out of the greenhouse. All parts were finished prior to assembly. It took about 2 days to assemble the frame and install the glass, afterwards another coat of finish was applied. The green house comes complete with an automatic vent panel.

GA was hired to renovate this outdated apartment. We reorganized the kitchen into a more efficient layout and opened up the space as much as possible to the living room. We put in new dark wood flooring through out, and contrasted that with light gray walls. New recessed lighting throughout helps to define the different spaces. © Devon Banks

Ulrich Designer: Tom Santarsiero Photography by Peter Rymwid This is a master bath with subtle sophistication and understated elegance. The cabinets were custom designed by Tom, with straight, simple lines, and custom built by Draper DBS of walnut, with a deep, rich brown finish. The richness of the dark cabinetry juxtaposed with the elegance of the white carrara marble on the countertop, wall and floors contributes to the room's sophistication. Ample storage is found in the large vanity and an armoire style cabinet, designed to mimic a free-standing furniture piece, that is positioned behind the door. Architectural beams placed across the vaulted ceiling bring a sense of scale to the room and invite natural light in through the skylight.
