MasterBrand Cabinets

I bought Decora cabinets, one of their "premier" grade cabinet lines. The finish on the cabinets was good, but overall the quality of the cabinets were poor. The boxes are not square, the face frames are not attached properly, drawer fronts were not square, and there was hot glue remnants all over the cabinets. In the end they had to replace 4 cabinet boxes, 2 drawer fronts, 1 door, and numerous other parts. When I called MasterBrand's customer service to discuss this with them, they said they were not "legally" allowed to help me. Only the authorized dealer could speak with me.

Horrible cabinets for a high price. Quality control is non-existent and I’m in disbelief they get away with this.

Kudos to Masterbrand! I cannot say enough about the responsiveness of this organization. Not only at the cabinets that I purchased beautiful and functional, but the organization stepped in to assist me when my contractor was less than useless. Thank you to CEO Dave Banyard and Sr. Supervisor Julie Schulz for making my experience with the organization exceptional.

Terrible customer service and cabinets showed up chipped and broken . It was hard to reach someone on phone

I absolute regret ever dealing with this company. I ordered my cabinets 18 weeks ago and am still waiting for several that were "lost" somewhere between the manufacturing location and the delivery company. It took me 8 weeks to finally get them to agree to replace these "lost cabinets and I am still waiting. Assuming they ever arrive, I am hoping the quality of the are better than the ones I have received to date. There were numerous finish issues, chunks of paint missing, etc... and they were not worth even half of what they cost me. Worst money spent ever. If you use a design company make sure their manufacturer is NOT MasterBrand.

Received that Omni - Mineral - Mantra Cabinetry through Kitchen by A&B in Muskegon, Michigan. Was a great experience from the quick (5 week) delivery and the staff who installed them perfectly over two days. Have had no issues with them at all and we love them.

Wish I could rate it a zero! We have been waiting for our Diamond cabinets since February. They were ordered in November 2021. As everyone else here states, there is absolutely no communication from this company to the dealer. These cabinets were bought and paid for and this company refuses to communicate with its customers! My cabinets are not even in production at this time. Apparently, they are manufactured in the US so delivery is not the hang up.

If you want an honest feedback. Here it is. STAY AWAY FROM Ultra Craft. We spent 30k for brand new cabinets. The cabinets are flimsy and feels like they are made from cardboard. The cabinets came broken to us after waiting for 9 months. We understand there is a supply chain issues and things break in transit. So we requested replacement of broken cabinets. The replacement came broken. That is the 2nd time the cabinets came broken but we get it things happen. So we requested 3 rd replacement again broken. At this this stage we are on our 5th delivery and we still don’t have the cabinets. They do take one month for each replacement so we are at about a year now. No cabinets. Not sure how many deliveries it will take but we are at replacement # 5

I like the quality and workmanship at MasterBrand Cabinets these cabinets. I have used Aristokraft Cabinetry, Schrock Trademark, Schrock Entra and Omega Cabinetry. They make beautiful cabinetry and stand behind their products.

Do NOT go with kemper cabinets. we ordered cabinets in april, it's now October. our kitchen is still not done. kemper sent an unpainted pantry to our dealer/installer. a piece of laminate was ordered FOUR weeks ago to correct this mistake. kemper gives the dealer a run around and then when a customer finds a number to customer service, they are turned back to the dealer. there is a reason they don't have social media accounts. because their service and business model is a complete mess. with all that said, no less than half our doors will need replacing because kemper's finishing skills are terrible.

We ordered cabinets from one of master brand’s companies, kitchen craft. We ordered in April. Eventually we were told delivery would be 8/9/21. We verified this with our dealer before our contractor began tear out on 8/1. On 8/9 the kitchen was ready for the installation. No cabinets. Weeks later no cabinets and no idea of when they might show up. Terrible communication. If you want to a new kitchen in under 6 months go elsewhere. If you want someone that can actually tell where you are in the process, go elsewhere. Buyer beware.
