That island features a contrasting Blue Pearl granite top which compliments the secondary blue tones in the tile, barstools and benches. The central axis of the kitchen has a copper finished embossed tin-faced inset on a 4 x 10 foot tray from which 3 pendants are hung. Cabinet interiors are fully fitted out with the newest inserts and space saving technology. Although not shown, there is a microwave drawer and warming drawer facing the high end 48" gas range. Oil rubbed bronze handles and accents contrast nicely with the stainless steel appliances.

A local homeowner partnered with VPC Builders to create the mountain retreat of his dreams. The line between interior and exterior space is blurred by over 50 feet of Nana doors, which facilitate a refreshing flow of natural ventilation that exits the house through operable transom windows and the cupola tower. Exterior colors and materials were selected to maximize heat reflectivity, and generous eave overhangs maximize shading in the summer and heat gain in the winter. Materials, products and equipment were specified based on their exemplary environmental and efficiency attributes, and whenever possible local materials and craftsmen were used. The residence is a Florida Green Building Commission certified Florida Green Home.

The design project of the studio is in white. The white version of the interior decoration allows to visually expanding the space. The dark wooden floor counterbalances the light space and favorably shades. The layout of the room is conventionally divided into functional zones. The kitchen area is presented in a combination of white and black. It looks stylish and aesthetically pleasing. Monophonic facades, made to match the walls. The color of the kitchen working wall is a deep dark color, which looks especially impressive with backlighting. The bar counter makes a conditional division between the kitchen and the living room. The main focus of the center of the composition is a round table with metal legs. Fits organically into a restrained but elegant interior. This court has a few unique attributes. First, the most obvious is the black ball containment fencing around three sides of the court. Secondly is the 12 foot wide nook that the Pro Dunk Platinum hoop sits in. It looks a bit awkward at first but its functional benefit is three fold. First it gives players room to run in hard for layups and rebound. Secondly it cuts down on concrete costs. Lastly, they were able to fit more court in by forming to the brick wall. These clients were looking for a designer/builder that would handle everything from concept to completion, providing peace of mind for themselves! “Working alongside Renovisions was a pleasant experience” said our clients as we cared to understand their vision, needs, wants and desires, enabling us to execute their projects successfully and professionally. Renovisions designed and installed a wood hood in matching light gray painted finish with a hood liner that provided the maximum ventilation, while staying within the proper building code of a 350cfm air exchange, without having to add a make -up air system which would have added to the cost of the project. *Better functioning ‘Spinner Storage’ for interior storage.
