Beautiful home theater inspired by the Severance Hall. This is basically a room within a room. Custom work and detail in every element including the speaker grills, tray ceilings, screen stage, lighting, acoustical treatments, HVAC system to ensure room stays cool while projector is running

This brick and limestone, 6,000-square-foot residence exemplifies understated elegance. Located in the award-wining Blaine School District and within close proximity to the Southport Corridor, this is city living at its finest! Inspiration for a coastal wood ceiling living room remodel in New York

Pembrooke Fine Landscapes designed and built this outdoor sports bar in East Hampton, NY. The custom designed space include a full kitchen, fireplace, USTA standard tennis court and heated unite pool and spa. The kitchen features several high-end elements including a kegerator, wine refrigerator, ice maker, grill, dishwasher and full stove. The pavilon is fully integrated with a Lutron entertainment system for all of the TVs. The audio and video can stream movies, music and TV. The space also features an changing area, bathroom and outdoor shower.

Transitional family room is tranquil and inviting The blue walls with luscious furnishings make it very cozy. The gold drum chandelier and gold accents makes this room very sophisticated. The decorative pillows adds pop of colors with the custom area rug. The patterns in the custom area rug and pillows, along with the blue walls makes it all balance. The off white rustic console adds flare and a perfect size for large Media wall T.V. The gold console lamps frames the Media center perfect. The gold floor lamps, and and gold chandelier brings a contemporary style into this space. The Large square ottoman in a neutral grey offsetting the carpet color makes it nice to prop up your feet. The gold drink tables in quite trendy and so functional and practical.

This outdoor living area is complete with 5.1 digital surround sound, custom touchscreen remote control, security camera and brand new 4K Sony 75 inch TV. Every piece of electronic equipment has also been treated with state of the art nano particle technology by Domotics to ensure even in the elements, they will last for years to come.

Never have your plumber be responsible for the aesthetics of a room. Domotics helped pick colors and design elements of all types of features in this house. We even installed the fireplace gas burners and fireplace glass in each of the four fireplaces. Our experience with designers and obsession with a clean crisp finished look is brought into all aspects of our solutions.

DJK Interior Design created the interior architectural elements and luxury interiors in the Screening / Media Room of this 11,000 square foot French Country estate. The screening rooms state-of-the-art audio and video equipment along with seating selected to provide maximum comfort, provide the perfect components for endless hours of entertainment. Acoustical fabric covering the walls maximizes the sound quality in the room and isolates sound vibration from transferring to the adjoining billiard and game room. Four cove-ceiling sections are transformed by master artisans of the trade creating a dramatic airbrushed ceiling to provide a trompe l'oeil view into the heavens.
