This beautiful home in Westfield, NJ needed a little front porch TLC. Anthony James Master builders came in and secured the structure by replacing the old columns with brand new custom columns. The team created custom screens for the side porch area creating two separate spaces that can be enjoyed throughout the warmer and cooler New Jersey months.

The bathrooms boast either 8x48 Seattle Light Grey Bark porcelain or 6x48 Estonia White on the floors. The decadent showers focus on texture with one sporting 32x32 Doors Blanco walls and the other with a Calacatta Chablis Marble Chevron mosaic. The kitchen backsplash features a linear mosaic mixing stone and glass for a unique blend. The entrance and commercial lobby of this building had to be restored to its iconic art deco luster. The design-build project kept within the Gatsby-style tiered ceilings, quintessential 1930s lighting fixtures, the sweeping curved staircase, elevator lobby, and decorative marble flooring.
