Request Free Quote This indoor lap swimming pool measures 8'0' x 75'0", and is outfitted with an automatic swimming pool safety cover. What really makes this pool unque is the perimeter recircuation system. The gutter, which is a commercial competition gutter simliar to olympic and collegiate-level swim meet pools, has three chambers that are gravity fed with pool surge. The lowest chamber has a pump that automatically returns the swimmer surge to the pool, which has the effect of maintaining quiescence for lap swimming. This will prevent splash back from the sides, as well as maintaining the fastest surface available. This space also features a 7'0" x 8'0" hot tub at deck level, to warm up the swimmers and to help them get their muscles loose after a strenuous workout. The pool and spa coping are Valder's Wisconsin Limestone. The pool pumps are both variable-speed, and the pool is heated partially by utilizing a geothermal system. This custom home bowling alley was installed by Fusion Bowling as part of a newly constructed 20,000 square foot residence in Lubbock, Texas. The custom color of the two regulation size lanes is a woodgrain called "Valencia Teak", which appears almost black. The color of the lane markings is "Wheat", and the LED gutter lights are cool blue. The computer scoring system features a wireless keypad, two overhead LED TVs, pin action instant replay, and ball speedometer. Entertainment accessories include an 11 foot wide projection screen at the end of the lanes, as well as additional LED TVs for sports and movie viewing. The automatic pinsetter machines are Brunswick A-2 models, rebuilt piece-by-piece by Fusion Bowling and custom painted red. The room's interior design features dark wooden beams across the lanes to hide the special effects lighting, limestone columns with rustic lanterns, wood plank flooring with a wooden transition strip onto the flush-mounted lane surface. The bowling package includes guest bowling balls, lane maintenance kit, Kegel automatic lane cleaning/conditioning machine, secondary ball return storage rack, two sets of bowling pins (red and neon glow green), and guest bowling shoes.

The hot tub measures 7'0" x 13'0" and is equipped with 16 hydrotherapy heads. Both pool and spa have colored LED lights. The spa has an automatic cover with stone lid system. Adjacent to the hot tub is a sunken bar with kitchen and grill, covered with a thatch palapa. The sunken bar doubles as a serving area for the 5 underwater bar stools within the pool. There is a sunshelf in the shallow area of the pool measuring 125 square feet that has 5 LED lit bubbler water features. There are two sets of shallow end steps attached to the sunshelf. The custom slide is constructed on a stacked stone structure which provides a large stone step system for entry. The pool and hot tub coping is Valders Wisconsin Limestone in Buff color, Sandblast finish with a modified squared edge. The pool has an in-floor automatic cleaning system. The interior surface is French Gray exposed aggregate finish. The pool is also equipped with Volleyball and Basketball systems.

They added a completely soundproofed media room, a large restaurant-like wet bar, glass enclosed workout area, kids play/game space, great room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, storage room and an office. The overall modern esthetic and colour scheme is bright and fresh with rich charcoal accent woodwork and cabinets. 9’ ceilings and custom made 7’ doors throughout add to the overall luxurious yet comfortable feel of the basement.
