This project was a portion of a larger remodeling of a classic mid-century deck house in Weston, MA. The primary areas of focus for the landscape were an interior courtyard and rear terrace, both of which were overgrown and unused. In order to keep within budget limitations, our strategy consisted largely of editing the existing plants on site and reusing the best ones, maintaining existing groupings where appropriate. In keeping with the arts and crafts style of the home with its exposed beams and attention to detail, we implemented a simpler palette of rich materials with well-articulated detailing for a more pared-down contemporary aesthetic. Excited to share with you a new bathroom project we’ve completed for a client in Kirkland featuring brand new shower glass, Carrara marble wall, patterned tile floor, new bathroom fixtures, new tub, and vanity. This is definitely a trend continuing into 2020, an emphasis on minimalism yet sophisticated design.

Over 9,000 sf of porphyry cobblestone pavers for St. Annes Community Plaza located in Northern California. 4” x 4” x 1-1/4” to 2” thick pavers and a color range mix of red, gold, tan and brown. Tom Holloway, Principal of KLA Inc, Sonora CA, was the lead landscape architect/designer on this beautiful project. Simile Construction of Modesto provided the installation.

Inspiration for a mid-sized traditional full sun front yard brick driveway in Richmond for summer.

This client wanted her kitchen renovated to increase resale value, as she was shortly planning on putting her house on the market. The renovation process was smooth and organized, and the result was that it went under contract in just three days! We designed an eclectic and sophisticated kitchen which exudes a major wow-factor as soon as you walk into the house. We mixed color and texture with a navy blue island, white and silver patterned backsplash, oversized pendants with a brass finish, and a final touch of beautifully designed hardware. --- Project designed by Miami interior designer Margarita Bravo. This project shows the remodel of a small 1950's vintage home master bathroom. 8"" x 18" Calcutta gold marble tile was used on the shower walls and floor wall base and ceramic gray penny tile on the floor. Shower includes curbless pan / floor, dual shower boxes, frameless glass slider, trough duel fixture sink and chrome fixtures.

The main attraction of this bathroom comes from the open shower that is accompanied by a accented black tile wall. This shower is also featured with a full length niche for shower accessories and a bench for extra support. The bathroom is enhanced more by the golden features that come from the knobs and faucet.
