I have had the pleasure to work with Dream Home Construction on remodeling my 3 bathrooms. Ben was attentive and did not stop at anything until I am completely satisfied with everything. All of the bathrooms in my house are small, but Ben helped us design them in a way that makes the best use of the space we have. They turned out more beautifully than we ever thought they could be. Ben and his team were fabulous! We decided to do a kitchen remodel during the pandemic and right before Thanksgiving and the team jumped right in. Everyone was safe wearing masks and were so thoughtful to working around our busy family being all home. The finished product is beautiful and looks extremely high end. The attention to detail, customer service, and patience was greatly appreciated. I can't recommend this team enough! We had very minimum hiccups and they completed even more than we had hoped for quickly and with a smile. When we talk to other friends having remodels right now ours took half the time, ended on time, and the end product is higher quality. Wonderful experience!

Ben was amazing to work with! He consistently went above and beyond to ensure that we were in love with our new kitchen and that were were getting an amazing deal! We ran into a number of delays and setbacks that were out of his control (including finding a termite hive behind our old cabinets) and every time he handled the situation with ease. He even took some time out of his busy schedule to help me set up my new large aquarium for no cost. I would recommend Ben in a heartbeat and I can't wait to work with him again for our future home renovation projects!

We recently worked with Dream Home Construction to update two bathrooms, kitchen, entry way and downstairs floors. Ben’s customer service is the best of all the contractors I have worked with during the last 20 + years through 5-6 different projects. Ben and his company Dream Home helped me with the remodel of my condo bathroom. He completely transformed it from a tub/shower blah bathroom to a walk-in shower with accent wall and a new custom made vanity with a farm house mirror and lighting. It looks amazing! The minute you meet Ben, you can tell he loves his job and is so passionate about what he does. He strives to make your project the BEST it can be with ideas and his experience. I had gotten a total of 3 different bids, and by far, Dream Home Construction came in at a reasonable price. But what really got me was the work Ben and his team have done and especially after meeting with Ben and seeing how passionate he is with what he does. Ben and Dream Home Construction produced a fabulous remodel of our home! What started out as a master bathroom remodel project grew to include a remodel of our guest and powder bathrooms once we realized we could place our complete trust in Ben. We also added in a showcase remodel of our fireplace plus electrical/lighting work throughout the house. It was a complete home makeover! Ben expertly guided us through the entire process, including color schemes and material selections. We contracted with Dream Home Construction and its owner Ben for the remodeling of our master bath and laundry/guest bathroom just before the Covid-19 pandemic broke loose. They of course couldn’t start the renovation due to the general shutdown of almost all businesses, but Ben was very proactive and kept us regularly informed on the situation for general construction. Once the situation cleared, Ben and his team started immediately and followed a precise schedule. He showed up every morning to check on progress and also maintained the safety rules related to the pandemic -- not an easy task, but he steered a tight course and all went well. His goal and number one priority the entire time was to make us happy with the finished product. Ben and his team did a fantastic job on my bathroom remodel. The quality of craftsmanship was high, final costs came in exactly on budget, and best of all, Ben was always extremely responsive to any concerns I had, including managing the project from afar when I was hiking w/o cell service in Ecuador. He even fixed one of my neighbor's bathroom faucets free of charge! That's the type of guy Ben is.

Ben and his team did a really great job... Especially Gene (cabinets). Really happy we went that road, and just plain lucky Ben recommended him. We had a lot of back and forth and a lot of unique things we asked/wanted in this kitchen. Ben was always super responsive. This was a full kitchen renovation, plus part of another room. The hardwood floors go through out most of the first floor... so even thought it was "just" the kitchen, it felt a lot bigger. We could have got through this in less than 6-weeks if we would have had our tile for back-splash come in on time. :) That is flying with a project like this.

Recently, we had the master bathroom remodeled in our mom’s condo. We contacted Dream Home Construction and scheduled a meeting with the owner, Ben. He arrived at our mom’s condo and we were immediately struck by his enthusiasm and his sincerity. We recently completed our kitchen and first floor remodel with Ben and Dream Home Construction. We hired Ben to transform and update our kitchen island, replace the kitchen backsplash, replace our flooring and paint all our indoor trim. From the moment we met Ben, we loved his energy, his passion for what he does, his attention to detail, and his commitment to do an exceptional job. Our project was estimated to take approximately 2 months, but Ben finished the job earlier than expected. As with any large project like this, there were a few hiccups, but Ben immediately made any needed corrections and always strived to guarantee we were satisfied every step of the way. His response to questions or concerns was immediate, and often times resulted in him going out of his way to visit us to be sure we were taken care of. We truly enjoyed working with Ben and we LOVE our new space. Our kitchen island is exactly what we wanted, and is the new favorite gathering place for our family. Gotta say, this was a first. Hiring a construction company based solely on online reviews was a huge leap of faith for us. Factor in managing a project that's is 200 miles from our main residence and you have a very nervous client. Ben and company didn't let me down. Walked me thru the design and material selection process personally. Checked in daily from the site, usually with pictures and very timely response to questions and concerns. What was promised was delivered and we are thrilled with the results of our project.

Ben drives a very professional, efficient, and reliable organization. We contracted with Dream Home for the remodeling of our 2003-vintage bathrooms. Ben took the time to understand our desires, design preferences, and our budget. In a few days he presented several ideas, all of them perfectly suited to what we wanted to execute. His crew started the work on time, and delivered our 2 bathrooms one week AHEAD OF SCHEDULE. Squarely within the budget we had set. The quality of his work exceed our expectations in both fit, finish, beauty, harmony of the architectural elements, and overall quality of the material. We will hire him again.

Our master bathroom remodeling was just completed by Ben and the Dream Home Construction. I wholeheartedly recommend Ben! We LOVE our master bathroom. My wife and I have been wanting to remodel our master bathroom for a while — obviously, we use it everyday, and a gorgeous bathroom starts our day in happiness and ends the same . Here are all the positives of hiring Ben: 1). Quality and final product. We are picky (especially my wife ). 2). Communication. Ben and I texted everyday. He gave us updates hourly and daily. He is the fastest to reply, even late at night. 3). Project finished on time. 4). No additional or hidden cost. 5). Ben’s passion. He LOVES his work. I admire people who are self-motivated and care about quality of their work. 6). Ben is simply a nice guy! Negatives: ...well, not much, but if review is perfect people would wonder authenticity. 1). Few of his staff wore shoes and left minor footprints. No big deal. 2). Few edges and corner of the painting was uneven (we are picky ) — it was fixed immediately and now perfect! Thank you Ben! We wake up happy and go to bed happy.

Ben and his team are incredible. From start to finish, Ben was there to walk me though the whole process of our bathroom remodel. If I didn't love something, he made it right until it looked perfect. I couldn't have asked for more. Our bathroom is hands down the best room in the house. Can't wait till our next project!

The best decision we made on our kitchen remodel was choosing Dream Home Construction. Ben always made our complete satisfaction his top priority. When asked, he freely offered his opinion on various design and pricing options, then saw to it that all the subcontractors implemented our choices as best as possible. And he had no hesitation about requiring subcontractors to redo a job if it was not finished to his high standard. We love our new kitchen. And if repeat business is the best indicator of satisfaction, then know that four months later we hired Ben again, this time to rebuild our backyard deck completely . It not only looks much better, but is also so much more functional, especially in how it works around our hot tub. Ben and his team were extremely nice and professional. They've listened to all of our requirements and made our dream come true. Ben walked us through each steps to ensure that we were 100% satisfied with the results. They went the extra mile on our shower and took additional steps to ensure the result was perfect. We absolutely recommend and we will happily work with them again.

I contacted Ben to refresh my entrance, my stairs and the upstairs hall. We just bought this house and we hated the carpet in the stairs and the hall… We just had a Pinterest picture and got a specific requirement that the floor HAS to match perfectly the current one used in the dining room / kitchen. Ben is extremely energetic and friendly. We can see right away that he cares about the final result, and was suggesting us to paint the doors as well, to have a more consistent result (we didn’t consider the doors initially, since we were focused on the floor). He ordered everything, and told us that he will wait at least two weeks for the hardwood to get to the right temperature, and be sure the installation is perfect before starting any job, which makes sense to me. The stairs were done in one day and a half by Stan the specialist. I was really impressed by the sense of tiny small details Stan had. He spent a huge amount of time on tiny small cut to be sure our weird first stairs got the absolute best result. The result is just simply perfect… Then David the carpenter went to fix the baseboard and we could see the same feeling about perfection and tiny cut, until everything is just perfect. Finally, the painter came and did not try to directly paint, put spent hours to put plastic everywhere to spray them. No brush, no trace! In this whole process Ben, regularly came to double-check everything and every single tiny details until it’s perfect. We got some touch-up afterwards, until I don’t see anything I could argue with. I highly recommend Ben, and see my stairs as the “initiation” test :). Will contact him definitely for more bathroom, or any work I need inside my house.

Ben and his team did a great job helping us remodel our kitchen. Ben made a point to work to our schedule knowing not having a kitchen can be a real strain. Ben was at our house daily during construction to make sure everything went smoothly. All the guys that came to our house were all very polite, knew what they were doing and did quality work.

I can't say enough great things about Ben and Dream Home Construction! We hired them to expand a 1/2 bath to add a shower, and remodel it. From the start, Ben was able to understand our style from how we had our house decorated and knew exactly what we were going for in the new bathroom. His goal the entire time was to make us happy with the finished product. Whenever I had questions or concerns, I could email/text him and he would get back to me immediately. About two weeks into the renovation, we were so impressed with the progress and work that we decided to start a remodel of another guest bathroom. We also tacked on some painting, new tile for the laundry room, and new tile for our entry way. Everything turned out great! It all got wrapped up ahead of schedule, without any changes to the original estimates we were given. When we decide to redo our master bathroom, Ben will be our first phone call. I have been beyond impressed with Ben and his crew. He works hard to make sure his clients are happy with every aspect of the job. He shows up daily to make sure that everything is going smoothly and pays great attention to the fine details. Ben worked hard to help me stay within my budget limitations and still get everything accomplished that I wanted. There were multiple projects completed within the timeframe allowed, with a few delays with items that were ordered that did not arrive on time (which I ordered) and Ben was flexible and accommodating to install those items when they arrived. We completely remodeled two bathrooms, removed a closet so that a custom closet could be built on and adjoining wall, remove the door frame to expose the wet bar, refinished hardwood floors in the kitchen, added multiple recessed lights and a ceiling fan, and the list goes on! I would definitely recommend Ben and will continue to work with him on future projects.
