Malvern master bath remodel with large barrier free ( no threshold ) shower. The clients wanted to have a larger shower with no barrier threshold to step over and that is what we designed. The shower also has a tiled linear drain that blends perfectly into the floor. The bathrooms floor tile is installed in a herringbone pattern giving the main rooms floors a great look. The vanity was reconfigured to have double rectangular sinks and a tall linen cabinet was added for extra storage. The Fieldstone cabinetry is the Coral Hills door style in cherry wood with their Mocha finish which adds a nice contrast to the rest of the bathrooms tones. The vanity top, ½ wall caps and shower seat are an exquisite Quartzite called Nararado ( what a beautiful stone ). This new bathroom turned out awesome with its clean lines and great tile work.

Barrier Views features four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, a 1-car garage off the first-floor mudroom, and a 2-car garage at the basement level. The first-floor primary suite allows the couple one-floor living, but there's lots of space upstairs for when their grown kids and family members visit. ‍From the front entry, there is a view through the gathering space, which includes living, dining, and kitchen areas, plus a more formal dining area off to the side. The primary suite feels separate from this area because it has a small sitting room in between. Upstairs, three bedrooms connect to the central staircase.

In this project we started with the kitchen renovation than we continued to the bathroom on the 2nd floor. The homeowner loved the work than he let us do all the rest of the house completely! We replaced the entire floors, windows, doors, we completely painted the walls, we removed a popcorn ceiling and smoothed out the walls and ceiling. we installed few sliding door in the enclosed patio. we replaced the roof over the enclosed patio. we installed new 5 ton A/C package unit on the top of the roof. We upgraded all the electrical and the panel box. we installed new tankless water heater. We painted the exterior of the house including all the wood trims. We installed new pool pump along with water solar panels for the pool. We installed new vinyl fences and gates in the front, side yards and around the pool equipment and we installed synthetic grass in the front yard. We also installed insulation and radiant barrier in the attic.

We started with a traditional, builder grade bathroom and re-imagined the space to become a beautiful steam shower retreat. The original layout had a the acrylic tub at the bathroom entrance on the left with the vanity and toilet toward the window. We replace the casement window with a glass block and removed a closet and expanded the area for the new shower. The shower base is recessed to achieve a barrier free entrance. This spa has a steam unit as well as dual rain heads controlled independently. There is a floating tiled bench with four body jets on separate controls. The custom wall mounted vanity is perfectly integrated with a Vanico over counter sink. Two wall mounted fixtures provide a sleek look with the practical functionality of a dual sink configuration. A matching tall linen maximises storage. There is also a heated wall mounted towel warmer on a digital timer thermostat. We added a pocket door to the adjacent bedroom to provide convenient private access for guests.
