Weathered Elegance Recently at DKOR Interiors, we were sought out to design a vacation home for a family from New York in at the Bath Club condominium building in Miami Beach, FL. We came up with several ideas and began developing a concept that included natural elements such as weathered woods and stone in an array of patterns. In association with Martin Perri Interiors, Sight And Sounds created a modern sports bar environment inside a pool cabana for a well-known baseball pitcher. Complete with media wall, 12' projection screen, automated lighting, motorized shades, and sixteen separate HD video choices to choose from, this project won EHX 2007 Home of the Year. This boy's bedroom goes from toddler to teens with very little change necessary. All of the elements - furniture, carpet and color scheme - are ageless. A sports theme adds interest and fun to the bedding, lamps, and wall hangings.
