Modern Wall Unit Lyrics 18 by Up Huppe
Made in Canada
The Lyrics by Up Huppe is a modular line of wall units made out of a specially selected American walnut veneer and lacquered in a blend of micro-textured lacquer. The collection is equipped with the highest quality hardware, and the drawers, which are specially treated and stained to match the exterior, are able to close gently and silently due to the invisible, self-closing slow-motion slides. All the modules within the Lyric line can be set on a base, placed on the floor or hung on a wall to allow for the creation of unique configurations, with plenty of storage space within the modules to make them functional as well. The black smoked glass front of the TV base units are made so that they do not interrupt any wireless device signal, and the cut-outs on the back and the adjustable shelves of each unit help provide maximum ventilation for any electronics. Designed by Joel Dupras and manufactured in Canada by a passionate and professional team, the Lyrics line guarantees the highest build quality for each of its units. The Lyrics line offers flexibility with its design, providing you with the option to create your own composition through the many different units available, or giving you the option to choose from the many different pre-designed compositions available.

We really enjoyed consulting and designing this basement project design and I’m very pleased with how it turned out! We did a complimenting color scheme between the wall and base cabinets by using a grey for the base and white for the wall. We did black handle pulls for all the cabinets to bring the two colors together. We went with a white oak style for the floor to really bring the light through the entire basement. This helps carry the light through the space which is always a good idea when you don’t have many windows to play with. For the backsplash we chose a glossy textured/wavy subway tile to add some depth and texture to the kitchens character.I really enjoyed consulting this basement project design and I’m very pleased with how it turned out! Example of a large french country l-shaped dark wood floor and brown floor kitchen pantry design in Dallas with recessed-panel cabinets, white cabinets, quartzite countertops, white backsplash, ceramic backsplash, gray countertops and an island

We basically squeezed this into a closet, but wow does it deliver! The roll out shelf can expand for folding and ironing and push back in when it's not needed. The wood shelves offer great linen storage and the exposed brick is a great reminder of all the hard work that has been done in this home!

Ulrich Designer: Tom Santarsiero
Photography by Peter Rymwid
This is a master bath with subtle sophistication and understated elegance. The cabinets were custom designed by Tom, with straight, simple lines, and custom built by Draper DBS of walnut, with a deep, rich brown finish. The richness of the dark cabinetry juxtaposed with the elegance of the white carrara marble on the countertop, wall and floors contributes to the room's sophistication. Ample storage is found in the large vanity and an armoire style cabinet, designed to mimic a free-standing furniture piece, that is positioned behind the door. Architectural beams placed across the vaulted ceiling bring a sense of scale to the room and invite natural light in through the skylight.
