Penn RusticsGenerously sized to serve as a spacious desk, our Everyday Rustic Wood Desk can be customized to meet your office needs. The sturdy legs and simple lines of our Everyday Rustic Custom Wood Desk give it a classic look that will complement many styles in your home or office.
Three styles available:
Basic Desk:
Made out of solid wood, the basic wood desk measures 48" L x 28" D x 30"H. Two shallow drawers and one deep drawer are mounted with ball-bearing drawer slides and can be positioned on either side (please specify in notes section at checkout). Hardware is finished in an antique bronze finish.
Desk with Hutch:
Made out of solid wood, the additional hutch rests right on top of basic desk (see details above) and measures 45" L x 12" D x 8" H. Hutch has two small drawers that can be totally removed, if desired (no drawer slides). Hutch is not permanently attached so that it can be removed with no holes showing. Hardware is finished in an antique bronze finish.
Desk with Side Table (no hutch):
Made out of solid wood, the additional side table sits next to the desk (see details above) and measures 72" L x 16" D x 30" H.
Complete Desk System:
Made of solid wood, the complete desk system includes the desk, hutch, and side table.
The desk shown is finished in our kona stain. Last picture shows drawers mounted on left side and finished in American walnut. Other paint, stain colors, and distress options are available. Once finished in your choice of color, three finish coats will be applied for protection.
If you would like a desk that would be a different size, style, or a different stain color or painted, please let me know and I'm sure I can build it for you!

Drury DesignThe architect’s plan showed two basic vanities with a freestanding tub. We took the space to the next level with design elements that promote calmness and clarity.
The tub was framed out with three niches on each side wall with indirect lighting focusing on sparkling mosaic tiles.
A storage cabinet was added above the countertop on each vanity to include outlets for chargeable items like razors, electric toothbrushes, and hairdryers. The vanities were designed to be partially floating for a lighter, airy feeling.
In addition to a bank of drawers on each vanity wall, rollouts and pullout waste baskets were incorporated behind the cabinetry doors for added functionality.
The clear shower glass door enables you to see the beauty of the tile while the adjacent frosted shower glass offers privacy in the commode area.
The subtle grey tones and light-colored tile invoke a soothing spa-like feel to the beautiful space.

INSPIRED KITCHEN DESIGNTo maximize storage space without wall cabinets, Heather consulted with her IKD designer.
“IKD helped us make up for the lost storage. They had really smart, efficient, and thoughtful storage built into their design. I basically just gave IKD the kitchen blueprint and specs for the appliances. They turned around a design that gives our kitchen the most storage we’ve ever had in one of our homes.”
The cabinets you do see along the wall are actually IKEA’s tall pantry cabinets. The higher cabinets store less-used items.

Carrie JohnsonHomeowners aimed to bring the lovely outdoors into better view when they removed the two 90's dated columns that divided the kitchen from the family room and eat-in area. They also transformed the range wall when they added two wood encasement windows which frame the custom zinc hood and allow a soft light to penetrate the kitchen. Custom beaded inset cabinetry was designed with a busy family of 5 in mind. A coffee station hides behind the appliance garage, the paper towel holder is partially concealed in a rolling drawer and three custom pullout drawers with soft close hinges hold many items that would otherwise be located on the countertop or under the sink. A 48" Viking gas range took the place of a 30" electric cooktop and a Bosch microwave drawer is now located in the island to make space for the newly added beverage cooler. Due to size and budget constaints, we kept the basic footprint so every space was carefully planned for function and design. The family stayed true to their casual lifestyle with the black honed countertops but added a little bling with the rustic crystal chandelier, crystal prism arched sconces and calcutta gold herringbone backsplash. But the owner's favorite add was the custom island designed as an antique furniture piece with the essenza blue quartzite countertop cut with a demi-bull stepout. The kids can now sit at the ample sized counter and enjoy breakfast or finish homework in the comfortable cherry red swivel chairs which add a pop to the otherwise understated tones. This newly remodeled kitchen checked all the homeowner's desires.
