Our modern farm style home design was exactly what our clients were looking for. They had the charm and the landscape they wanted, but needed a boost to help accommodate a family of four. Our design saw us tear down their existing garage and transform the space into an entertaining family friendly kitchen. This addition moved the entry of the home to the other side and switched the view of the kitchen on the side of the home with more natural light. As for the ceilings, we went ahead and changed the traditional 7’8” ceilings to a 9’4” ceiling. Our decision to approach this home with smart design resulted in removing the existing stick frame roof and replacing it with engineered trusses to have a higher and wider roof, which allowed for the open plan to be implemented without the use of supporting beams. And once the finished product was complete, our clients had a home that doubled in space and created many more opportunities for entertaining and relaxing in style.

Deck Remodelers.comThe challenge was to bring drama and interest to a very basic yard on a flat lot with no natural focal points. The result is this Party ready deck. Multi leveled and multi functioning, this attractive arrangement for outdoor living meets all of the needs of the homeowner. The design Allows guests to spread out into comfortable uncongested groupings as it cascades down to the yard providing seamless transitions from the interior of the home to the lawn. It also provides intimate spaces for a family dinner on a nice summer evening. The amazing kitchen is a focal point for aesthetics as well as sustenance. The thermal bluestone used as the floor of the kitchen gives a defined sense of space and ties in beautifully with the stone and Granite of the kitchen. The incorporated bar gives guests a place to watch the chef perform in this exceptionally equipped kitchen.

Chi Renovation & DesignThis bathroom renovation kept the vintage ambiance while incorporating a few contemporary finishes. We replaced the pedestal sink with a contemporary square, wall mounted sink & faucet, repainted the radiator in a glamorous silver color, installed octagon-designed floor tiles, new subway tile, designed a sleek medicine cabinet, and installed two shower shelves that were safe and out of reach from the client’s children.
