After we completed remodeling the kitchen, all 3 bathrooms it was time to turn the attention to the outside. We used our design program to show the different colors and textures before contracting. Came out spectacular.

This homeowner’s master bathroom was a very popular style during the 90’s. Although, white can make a space feel larger, the bathroom was bland and needed an update. Soft neutral walls, marble tile throughout and shaker style Waypoint Cabinets, make this elegant bathroom a perfect place to wake up in the morning and unwind at night. There are many features in this bathroom that we love. The veining pattern of the beautiful White Carrara marble tops and tub deck added just the right amount of contrast to this bathroom. Honed Bianco Perla Marble tiles were used in the shower and on the floor. The frameless shower reveals the finer details of this design with a basket weave tile accent band on the shower back wall, basket weave tile in the niche and on the shower floor. Bullnose tile was used to frame the window instead of wood trim and was also used inside the niche. Expansive framed mirrors enlarge the room and reflect back the window light and the beauty of the shower and tub. Heated floor mats beneath the tiles with programmable thermostat are unseen but will be highly appreciated by this home owner. No more walking on cold tiles! The transformation of this bathroom is luxurious! White and Grey was used in this space which resulted in a crisp, elegant updated look that will remain in style for years to come. The 7,600 square-foot residence was designed for large, memorable gatherings of family and friends at the lake, as well as creating private spaces for smaller family gatherings. Keeping in dialogue with the surrounding site, a palette of natural materials and finishes was selected to provide a classic backdrop for all activities, bringing importance to the adjoining environment. In optimizing the views of the lake and developing a strategy to maximize natural ventilation, an ideal, open-concept living scheme was implemented. The kitchen, dining room, living room and screened porch are connected, allowing for the large family gatherings to take place inside, should the weather not cooperate. Two main level master suites remain private from the rest of the program; yet provide a complete sense of incorporation. Bringing the natural finishes to the interior of the residence, provided the opportunity for unique focal points that complement the stunning stone fireplace and timber trusses. This is my favorite bathroom I've designed to date. It was also the most technical project my brother has ever done. The two pics show what the old shower used to look like and what the old vanity looked like too. We moved a wall, built a wall, moved the toilet, vents, added in a heated floor with a touch screen programmable thermostat, 3 shower heads, 4 sconces, 5can lights, and mitered all outside corners of the tile. Cabinet is walnut and shelf in tub deck is walnut as well. I want to thank my customer for the opportunity to bring his ideas to life. But most of all I want to thank my brother Mike for his craftsmanship and dealing with all my design changes as the project developed. @premierstoneandtile

This was a complete transformation that incorporated a brick Cape Cod into a stunning modern home. It offers two-family living with a separate dwelling. The retractable glass walls that lead to a central courtyard provide family and entertaining space. Our designer solved many design challenges to meet the program, including working the design around a difficult lot and zoning rules.

Features a gourmet kitchen with top of the line finishes, two mud rooms, screened porch, and MBR balcony. All of the bedrooms have an attached bathroom. While most people in town considered this building a "tear-down", the new homeowners wanted to revive the property with an ambitions renovation and addition project. Two major challenges needed to be overcome on this project: the first was preserving the integrity of the original 200 year old barn; the second was designing a complementary structure that would co-exist on the site without looking like a 21st century addition. In order to achieve these goals, our team studied how farm buildings evolve on a site over time. Additions are usually constructed based on need and function. With this protocol in mind, a grain silo was designed to act as our entry tower and buffer the intersection of the two buildings. The silo acts as our focal point and allowed us to construct very simple buildings to house the balance of the owner’s program. The team paid very close attention to scale, use of materials (many of which were recycled) and developed a vocabulary of modern interior detailing that would complement the original house. Specific program requirements for the project included: large entertainment spaces, gourmet kitchen with adjacent family room, a squash court, multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, master suite, and plenty of storage space. In addition, since both adults work from home and receive clients in their offices, two offices needed to be created and it was critical to separate the work areas for the more private family spaces. The new silo, with central stair, became the element that allowed these different program needs to coexist effectively.

This three-story vacation home for a family of ski enthusiasts features 5 bedrooms and a six-bed bunk room, 5 1/2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, great room, 2 wet bars, great room, exercise room, basement game room, office, mud room, ski work room, decks, stone patio with sunken hot tub, garage, and elevator. The home sits into an extremely steep, half-acre lot that shares a property line with a ski resort and allows for ski-in, ski-out access to the mountain’s 61 trails. This unique location and challenging terrain informed the home’s siting, footprint, program, design, interior design, finishes, and custom made furniture. Credit: Samyn-D'Elia Architects

This completely unique concrete flooring program incorporates a creative patterning technique. The design is scored into the tile surface, which is then filled with grout to accentuate the pattern. A variety of graphic and organic designs are available on either a square or hexagon field. Highly artistic and distinctive, Andy Fleishman concrete flooring will make its mark in any installation.
