Rustic meets Urban Chic Interior designer Rebecca Robeson, mixed the glamour of luxury fabrics, furry rugs, brushed brass and polished nickel, clear walnut… both stained and painted... alongside rustic barn wood, clear oak and concrete with exposed ductwork, to come up with this dreamy, yet dramatic, urban loft style Bedroom. Three whimsical "Bertjan Pot" pendant lights, suspend above the bed and nightstands creating a spectacular effect against the reclaimed barn wood wall. At the foot of the bed, two comfortable upholstered chairs (Four-Hands) and a fabulous Italian leather pouf ottoman, sit quietly on an oversized bamboo silk and sheepskin rug. Rebecca adds coziness and personality with 2 oval mirrors directly above the custom-made nightstands. Adjacent the bed wall, another opportunity to add texture to the 13-foot-tall room with barn wood, serving as its backdrop to a large 108” custom made dresser and 72” flat screen television. Collected and gathered bedding and accessories make this a cozy and personal resting place for our homeowner. In this Bedroom, all furniture pieces and window treatments are custom designs by Interior Designer Rebecca Robeson made specifically for this project. This home remodel is a celebration of curves and light. Starting from humble beginnings as a basic builder ranch style house, the design challenge was maximizing natural light throughout and providing the unique contemporary style the client’s craved. The Entry offers a spectacular first impression and sets the tone with a large skylight and an illuminated curved wall covered in a wavy pattern Porcelanosa tile. The chic entertaining kitchen was designed to celebrate a public lifestyle and plenty of entertaining. Celebrating height with a robust amount of interior architectural details, this dynamic kitchen still gives one that cozy feeling of home sweet home. The large “L” shaped island accommodates 7 for seating. Large pendants over the kitchen table and sink provide additional task lighting and whimsy. The Dekton “puzzle” countertop connection was designed to aid the transition between the two color countertops and is one of the homeowner’s favorite details. The built-in bistro table provides additional seating and flows easily into the Living Room. A curved wall in the Living Room showcases a contemporary linear fireplace and tv which is tucked away in a niche. Placing the fireplace and furniture arrangement at an angle allowed for more natural walkway areas that communicated with the exterior doors and the kitchen working areas. The dining room’s open plan is perfect for small groups and expands easily for larger events. Raising the ceiling created visual interest and bringing the pop of teal from the Kitchen cabinets ties the space together. A built-in buffet provides ample storage and display. The Sitting Room (also called the Piano room for its previous life as such) is adjacent to the Kitchen and allows for easy conversation between chef and guests. It captures the homeowner’s chic sense of style and joie de vivre.

Welcome to our latest project where we’ve created a stunning outdoor retreat that seamlessly blends modern elegance with beachside charm. This transformation features an inviting backyard with stylish furniture, including a cozy backyard hanging swing and carefully chosen planters that complement the lush backyard plants. At the heart of the space is a beautiful swimming pool, perfect for relaxation, surrounded by comfortable pool lounge chairs and a large outdoor umbrella for shade. We’ve designed the backyard to reflect the serene beauty of a beach house, complete with a beachside view that captures the essence of coastal living. The beach house itself is a modern marvel, featuring a contemporary exterior view and a backyard that includes a spacious sitting area for enjoying the outdoors. The project also showcases a charming beach house boat deck, adding a touch of nautical elegance to the space. Our design includes carefully selected materials such as concrete slabs and tile flooring to create a sophisticated and durable outdoor environment. The beach house’s balcony area features a sleek steel balcony fence and ceiling lights to enhance both safety and ambiance. Glass walls and windows offer unobstructed views of the surrounding scenery, while palm trees and grass add a natural touch to the landscape. We also focused on general contracting excellence to ensure every detail was perfect, from the custom home design to the thoughtful home additions and innovative remodeling ideas.
