We updated a dated condo replacing everything except the hardwood floors. New soffit lighting brought much needed light into the space. White Quartz topped dining table with stainless steel legs and Bernhardt dining hairs with stunning flame stitch host chairs make the space. This condo had 8' ceilings so we opted for track lights above the table.

Shari Misturak of IN Studio & Co. Interiors - Traditional fireplace is juxtaposed with modern finishes and furniture lines. Vixen chandelier from Corbett lighting dresses the soaring ceilings. Pearl leather sofa and chairs, Bernhardt bench, Lexington Aquarius round accent table with shell inlay, Donna Karen silk pillows, custom traversing draperies, linen and cashmere throw, Nourison custom area rug, Benjamin Moore Sail Cloth wall color.

We started with a blank slate for furnishings and worked with Objets Ltd. on our selections. Our clients have a large family, therefor we created multiple seating areas along with a custom sectional. We designed an ottoman that was surrounded by small movable tables, a leather recliner and two CR Laine chairs for a private seating area. A Bernhardt console was added with an oversized lamp and mirror behind it to provide a focal point.
