Floor-to-ceiling large-format porcelain tile in the walk-in shower. A built-in bench. A recessed niche. And a floor mosaic that quietly steals the show.
Then there's the fireplace — yes, a fireplace — recessed flush into the wall right where you want it most. Paired with a double-sink vanity in warm honey wood, granite countertops, and crisp white walls that make everything feel bigger and brighter than it actually is.
Natural light pours in from oversized windows. The soaking tub sits ready. Every fixture, every finish, every detail chosen with intention.
Clean. Warm. Completely custom.

A two bath & kitchen renovation in a condo. Client wanted a bigger dining area for entertaining guests. We removed the two level breakfast bar and extended the depth of the peninsula countertop and created a seated banquette area with built in storage benches. This provided the client more storage and more seating area for the guests.
The bathroom had a built-in enclosed shower unit and felt really claustrophic. We replaced it with a custom shower glass enclosure to open up the bathroom space.
Client didn’t like the current floors, we replaced it with luxury vinyl planks for durabilty.

Our clients wanted a bigger kitchen to entertain family and friends. They also wanted to spend time outdoors, therefore our designer incorporated a screen porch to the design adjacent to the kitchen area. Natural light was another important request on their wish list, so our designer added large windows with a bench for sitting area which created a relaxing atmosphere in the room. Our client’s last request was to have a small workshop to work on his custom furniture, we extended the basement along with the first floor which provided enough room to work on. Our clients were extremely satisfied with the project outcome. They couldn’t thank us enough about the great experience they had working with us.

This moody Industrial Farmhouse Kitchen is one of our all time favorite designs! Lucky for us this young family called upon our skills yet again to dream & deliver a cohesive new look for the entire main level of their Moorestown, New Jersey home.
We knew Tracy & Tim really loved the end result of their mancave basement, with its painted black ceiling, and industrial vibe. The kitchen, however, needed to be a bit lighter so it would connect to the rest of their home. Solutions: bigger windows, dark gray & distressed walnut cabinets, a burnished copper hood, mesh textures (both in the bar and the stools), lighter quartz counters, and a backsplash that looks like whitewashed brick. We even infused some extra style and function by having a custom bay storage bench created for their empty bay window.
In this dining area we added deeper tone earthy green paint for the feature wall, fully saturating all trim and the fireplce aureound details.

The owners loved the styling and colors of their new kitchen (see "Island Affair" by Lenton Company) and wanted the new space to match. We removed the oak cabinetry and replaced with painted and glazed new cabinetry. The new cabinets also included pull out laundry hampers as well as a center column for additional storage at an easy and reachable height. Once we removed the large jetted tub, we were able to make room for a built-in bench with storage. Having the open space allows the clients to have ample space to move around the room as well as a get ready in the morning without running into each other.

We removed the door to the water closet, and removed the door trim. This gave us room to expand the shower depth close to the water closet opening. This also gave the client a dedicated area for the towel bar.

all bedrooms were painted the same light gray/green color which reads differently depending on exposure, bedding and accessories. Seller was very nervous would be too blah but understood the necessity of versatility.

This custom bathroom remodel was done by Act 1 Flooring. Large profile floor tile is great for bathrooms because it makes the space look bigger and there are less grout lines to worry about. The shower is a walk-in shower with a 2x2 mosaic tile on the shower floor and accent bands. The shower walls have a glossy, white, marble-look tile.

Two walls were taken down to open up the kitchen and to enlarge the dining room by adding the front hallway space to the main area. Powder room and coat closet were relocated from the center of the house to the garage wall. The door to the garage was shifted by 3 feet to extend uninterrupted wall space for kitchen cabinets and to allow for a bigger island.
