Close up of glass door going back into the Air pocket. When pushed completely in, door is flush and does not stick out. The look is very cool. Notice the notch that is used to move the glass. When button is pushed on the system, high pressure air blows any moisture out of the stainless steel pocket and off of the glass door. Effectively eliminating needing to dry the door manually. A new porch addition overlooking the pool and backyard entertaining space. This extension took the existing porch from simply to being a way in and out of the house to being a new outdoor living room. Lots of room for seating and a fan to keep cool breezes blowing.

Can you feel the breeze? This bright and airy porch lets summer's breezes blow through, but also has glass panes to fend off fall's chills. 4 large skylights brighten up the porch as well as the main house beyond. Colorful blue metal roofing provides shelter from the elements. Stained fir gives the ceiling a friendly feel above the cool porcelain tile flooring. Three fans help circulate the air during MD's "dog days" of summer. Speaking of dogs..., the owners lovable dogs have two pet doors allowing them to freely frolic about!

With such a large family and such a broken-up kitchen/ entertainment space failed to meet this client's needs to successfully entertain for the holidays. She felt bad there was no place for people to sit and felt left out when she was stuck cooking in the kitchen. Blowing out the kitchen and completely opening the three seasons patio to make it into a heated/ cooled entertainment space is exactly what the client needs. Now they can enjoy the space year-round without any stress about fitting everyone in their home.

The clients' home backed up to deep woods and they wanted a room with floor to ceiling screens to allow cooling breezes to blow through. However, they had two young children and they wanted to protect the screens so we installed a clear glass railing system with white metal vertical posts hold the glass panels and solved the challenge. The floor is 12 x 24 porcelain tile. The ceiling is knotty pine and has 4 recessed ceiling lights and a ceiling fan for hot days. White trim provides a clean finished look. The comfy durable aluminum frame powder coated furniture is from Yardbird Outdoor Furniture in St. Louis Park, MN.

- 73 SUSPENSION LAMP. 73 results from blowing liquid glass into a folded and highly heat-resistant ceramic fabric vessel. The resulting shape has a formal and textural expression intuitively associated with fabric, which becomes permanent and rigid as it cools. A flat LED is positioned to fill the resulting volume with diffuse light, accentuating the volumetric perception of the piece.
