A close look at the pool’s Lautner edge shows how the Betz auto-leveller ensures there is always sufficient water in the surge tank to provide a continuous overflow. The pool’s premium white Pebble Tec exposed aggregate interior contrasts beautifully with the surrounding black flagstone deck.

This formal dining room was designed to entertain. Custom colored hand printed wall covering and coordinating fabric in sapphire and linen exude a grand yet playful vibe. The handmade drapery and table runner boast great attention to detail while softening the bold palette. Over scaled ginger jars and a tall sideboard balance the well proportioned room in this near century home.

CLOSE-UP VIEW This master bath makeover starts with bare walls that have been floated out smooth over the sheetrock. Then we hand applied a beautiful custom tinted, soft grey Venetian plaster. After two coats of plaster, the walls were waxed and buffed. This process seals the plaster, leaving a long-lasting finish. The finished product is subtle and undeniably beautiful! I’ve included a close-up view of the finish below.
