Although the home is in its 100th year, the owners wanted to create an updated urban style reflective of their downtown location. The new styling, while sleek and contemporary, kept a traditional feel with a paneled door styling, crystal chandeliers and an updated glass version of subway tile. We were also able to create an open kitchen with a 3’8 ½” x 7’ 5 ½” island centered on a gourmet Wolf cooking area. Enclosed kitchen - traditional enclosed kitchen idea in San Francisco with an undermount sink, recessed-panel cabinets, white cabinets, quartz countertops, green backsplash and stainless steel appliances

The primary goal of this basement project was to give these homeowners more space: both for their own everyday use and for guests. By excavating an unusable crawl space, we were able to build out a full basement with 9’ high ceilings, a guest bedroom, a full bathroom, a gym, a large storage room, and a spacious entertainment room that includes a kitchenette. In all, the homeowners gained over 1,100 of finished space.

How cool is this bonus room - turned - teen tech station & hangout? Our designers custom made the blackboard wall, and designed a computer workstation built-in, creating not only a functional room - but the coolest hangout!

Home theater - mid-sized mediterranean enclosed dark wood floor home theater idea in Other with gray walls and a wall-mounted tv

A retro 1950’s kitchen featuring green custom colored cabinets with glass door mounts, under cabinet lighting, pullout drawers, and Lazy Susans. To contrast with the green we added in red window treatments, a toaster oven, and other small red polka dot accessories. A few final touches we made include a retro fridge, retro oven, retro dishwasher, an apron sink, light quartz countertops, a white subway tile backsplash, and retro tile flooring.
