Dark floors ground the space while soaring curved ceilings bounce light throughout. The low cost, high impact kitchen was designed to recede, creating a wide open home available for entertaining. Lower cabinets are reflective grey glass, while the upper cabinets are a high gloss white. Steel shelves anchored to the header above provide ample storage for fine glassware. Blue and white tile adds pop to this otherwise classic bathroom. A large mirror covers the entire wall above the vanity, doubling the sense of space and bouncing light from the single window in the room.

Here are formal and casual dining, along with a new kitchen. This image nicely captures the open concept that was created after walls were removed and windows maximized. Additionally, there is lots of white paint to help bounce the light and keep the space bright.

By removing the tub and adding reflective mosaic metallic tiles to the floor, light bounces from above and below making a small commode feel bright and airy.

Natural light bounces off of the southern light shelf onto the ceiling and then deep into the space. It also works to shade the interior from hot summer sun while allowing more heat gain in the winter.

This kitchen was incredibly dark with the original kitchen. The antique white cabinetry, coupled with the new ceiling lights as light bouncing all over now. "It's a much more welcoming, I LOVE to cook in the kitchen now", says the customer.

This futon package contains a preupholstered futon cover sewed on. This is the 8" innerspring coil futon mattress by Kodiak. The fabric is microsuede in light brown. Looks just like a sofa and has a little bounce to it.

This new kitchen was designed to not only be highly functional, but to take advantage of the wonderful natural light in the house. Light and dark surfaces, and reflective backsplash as well as mirrored lights above the waterfall island bounce the light throughout the space.
