We recently finished a complete home remodel. We’d been in our home for more than 35 years and wanted to make better usage of our existing space. Brad Cox architecture came highly recommended to us by a friend whose husband is a contractor. Our initial meeting with Brad was to give him a general idea of what we wanted to accomplish. He soon included an associate, Kelly Miguel, to assist with the project. We worked closely with them for several months trying to get on paper what was to be “our dream home”. Throughout the entire project they offered excellent suggestions we had not even considered. They displayed an immense amount of patience with us, as we were truly novices. We are thrilled with the outcome and without hesitation would highly recommend them. Their professionalism, patience and integrity are beyond reproach!

I couldn’t be any happier with the designs that Brad and his team came up with for my family’s home! The design is absolutely wonderful and was executed by my general contractor with no real changes. Brad was able to take the charming (but dated & quirky) Willow Glen home I love and give it all new modern function and comforts. He kept the charm and made it feel as if this is the way the house was always supposed to have been. He and his team were a delight to work with - professional, great communication and just all around pleasant to work with. If I ever need an architect in the future, I will definitely go to this firm!

Brad and his team did the plans for my ranch overhaul, which had suffered through a number of befuddling "updates" from the previous two homeowners. My goal was to create a ranch/mid-century modern oasis, and Brad delivered in spades. My house is now the crown jewel of the neighborhood, with all of the neighbors gushing over the renovation and asking who did the design. Moreover, Brad and his team are easy and fun to work with. Zero complaints, five stars!

Brad and his team were extraordinarily helpful with the redesign and rebuild of our home and helped guide us through the entire project, from concept to plan approval with the city. They listened to our wants and needs and worked within our budget. They even helped us find our contractor and worked with him to keep the project on time and within the scope of the plans.

We build a secondary non-conforming dwelling unit in Fall 2016. Brad is a great listener and gave ongoing advice. designed the unit with maximum expansion as allowed by code, worked collaboratively with the City, and checked up on the project as it got built. I highly recommend Brad!

I am a partner in a general contracting firm and have worked with Brad on several projects. Brad is a wonderful person and great architect. He works well with both city planning and building departments. He is available for on-site construction consultation and is always a team player looking for the solution rather than the argument. I see Brad interact with our clients and he is always respectful of their thoughts, time constraints and feelings. Although i am not a trained architect i think his design work is excellent. Finally, he is timely with submittals, plans are nicely detailed, and is very good with project budgets. I highly recommend Brad.

Mr. Cox made our outdoor structure a beautiful space for us including a unique built in dog house! He also gave the front of our house an updated look and the new entry way is beautiful and inviting. Great to work with! Would recommend Mr. Cox anytime.

Brad is a pleasure to work with: friendly, prompt, professional, and creative. He excels at space planning, incorporating all the desired elements with both aesthetics and flow as priorities. We worked together on a 700 square foot cottage, and Brad maximized every inch while finding space for features that enhanced the look and feel of the home. I have also spent time in a substantially larger home (3500 square feet) that Brad designed, and it also features wonderful spaces that flow beautifully. I highly recommend Brad for your residential project.

Brad was an amazing professional, and we weren't easy clients. We always felt like he made a huge effort to design our vision (even though we changed that vision a million times!). He is a terrific communicator and a talented, creative architect. He listens. He is patient, organized, professional, proactive and so, so nice. He was a pleasure to work with, and we are extremely happy with the results of his design.
