Urns previously located on the fountain pedestals and on the adjacent porch were relocated to punctuate the transitional turf space between the courtyard and the basketball court. Double Bridal Wreath Spireas were planted along the fence to provide background interest in early spring, and resilience to bouncing balls.

Inspiration for a transitional kitchen remodel in Orlando

The full renovation of this 3-story home located in the gated Royal Oaks development in Houston, Texas is a complete custom creation. The client gave the designer carte blanche to create a unique environment, while maintaining an elegance that is anything but understated. Colors and patterns playfully bounce off of one another from room to room, creating an atmosphere of luxury, whimsy and opulence.

For the kids, an in-ground trampoline for bouncing. For dad, a putting green with synthetic turf. (No maintenance!)

This stunning dining room is centered around this incredible velvet magenta chairs. By adding the solid bold color to the arrangement, we were able to bounce this color throughout the space so much more!

This multi-use lower level room is situated off the entertainment space. While it could easily be used for an additional bedroom or excercise room, we thought it made for a perfect home office. White walls and trim and plenty of natural light keep the space fresh and bright. Club chairs provide extra seating for meetings or having a chat. The reclaimed wood shelving unit offers ample storage and the "window" mirrors add an element of architectural interest as well as helping bounce light and make the room feel bigger. The appliance wall ends with a striking display cabinet. Visible from the kitchen’s window-front eating area, cherished silver and crystal pop against the cabinet’s coordinating dark interior while the stainless-framed, glass-front doors bounce light across the space.

This after version is light and bright and far more practical for the family to enjoy both the fireplace and the TV. The mirrors bounce more light into the room and the adjoining kitchen.

This Trampoline was installed using trampolines down under www.trampolinesdownunder.com retaining wall system, and VPS Trampoline with the Green Vented Safety Pad- which allows better airflow for a better bounce.. No safety net required, which cleans up the landscape nicely.
