The first additions to Linda’s home takes place in the grand Spanish dining room. Grabbing your attention right away is the oversized, 19ft dining table, sitting under a hand forged, wrought iron chandelier. This tabletop is made from thick, natural, reclaimed wood, that beautifully ties into the authentic, timber-beamed ceiling. In our classic Gitana style, four teardrop bases with beveled edges make up the bottom half of this Spanish style table. Made from solid mesquite wood, these bases showcase natural stretches and imperfections, and bring out the same beautiful details that are present in the other additions to this impressive rustic dining room. Each side of the dining table is decorated with nine beautiful, hand-carved chairs. These solid mesquite chairs are hand carved with our popular Hoja style design in mind, and feature smooth, hand tooled leather. Not only do these chairs bring in style, but they also bring in a great deal of comfort for Linda and all of her guests.

A stunning transformation from an old yellow oak kitchen to a beautiful grey and blue kitchen with gold accents. This kitchen was expanded into the living room and a bay window was added to bring in more natural light into the space. Brining more lighting in invited the painted cabinets to something different than a white kitchen. The perimeter cabinets are painted grey and the island blue. (storm gray & gale force by dura supreme) The cabinets are beautifully accented by gold hardware from Berenson in brushed gold. The real show stopper in this kitchen is the island. A beautiful blue color with a stunning real marble countertop. (calacatta bettolgi classic) The gold and white pendant lights really bring this whole kitchen together. (Visual comfort lighting - Aerin Agnes pendant 18" - in Gild) To make this kitchen even more beautiful is the luxury appliances from Subzero, Wolf, and Cove in stainless steel panels. Function within beauty is applied by the Rohl farmhouse sink that brings in the traditional aspect of this kitchen. This kitchen overall is a gorgeous transition with ample natural lighting exemplified by the mirrored doors instead of the traditional glass doors on cabinets.

This California residence went from dark and dull to modern and bright with the help of Woodcliff Builders designer Jessica Peters. Remodeled with the thought of entertaining guests in mind, form and functionality played equal roles in the design process. Light cream tones wash over the home, punctuated by the bold statement that Banker Wire’s S-12 makes in it’s Antique Brass plated finish. This woven wire mesh pattern catches the eye throughout the kitchen, living room, and bar as various cabinet door infills. The unique texture of S-12 brings balance to the stark contrasting color scheme throughout the kitchen. While the open-concept room boasts predominantly pale features, the highlights of the Antique Brass finish draw out the deeper rich tones in the white marble backsplash and counter tops. The shadows created by the weave of the wire mesh help tie in the dark accents in the kitchen, including the black light fixtures and the oil-rubbed bronze cabinet and drawer hardware. Across from the kitchen, the eye is drawn to the main focal point of the living room, the built-in bookshelves. Banker Wire’s S-12 clads the four central cabinet doors, creating a unique hideaway for television components and other electronics. The Antique Brass finish brings warmth into the otherwise neutral structure, complimented by the displayed curios and the cozy furniture surrounding it. Both the wire mesh and the oil-rubbed bronze hardware are carried over from the kitchen, making for a cohesive home design. In the home’s custom bar, S-12 adorns the front of the ceiling-high white cabinets. For this area, the former cabinet and drawer pulls have been replaced with brass and ivory colored hardware, underscoring the brass of the cabinet’s panel. Emphasized by the dark stone counter-top, the lowlights of the pattern accentuate the texture of the mesh, while the Antique Brass face coordinates with the wood of the lower cabinets, bringing a consistent appearance to the space. “I just love that extra level of detail that this wire mesh provides for cabinets,” states Peters. “It really takes the design to the next level.” The low open area of woven wire mesh pattern S-12 lends itself well to surfacing, cladding, and other applications where partial coverage is key. At 21.6%, only subtle glimpses will be perceptible through the mesh. Embossed and highly faceted, the highs and lows of this distinctive weave are more defined in plated and powder coat finishes, making Antique Brass plating the perfect choice for this residential cabinetry project.

Inspiration for a bathroom remodel in Portland

Maria & Paul wanted the guest bathroom updated with a new layout that would feel brighter and more functional. The goal was to replace the old tub and shower setup with a walk-in shower and bring a clean, fresh look to the space. The existing bathtub, wall tile, and countertops were removed, and damaged drywall was repaired to create a solid foundation for the remodel. A custom walk-in shower was installed. The shower floor features Vecchia Calacatta Penny Round Mosaic tile. For the walls, Smooth White Matte 8x24 tiles were chosen in a brick lay pattern with Schluter Jolly bright white edging. The niche was reframed to give more space and lined with the same mosaic tile for a standout detail. This addition brings both functionality and design, breaking up the clean white wall tile with texture and contrast. A Delta Saylor Matte Black shower fixture stands out against the white tile, while a sliding rain glass barn-style door with matte black hardware provides a clean entry. The original cabinets were kept and paired with Miraggio Duo quartz countertops and an oval white undermount sink. A Delta Saylor Matte Black widespread faucet was installed, and above it, a Wayfair Lark Manor Waxter framed mirror was mounted horizontally. The new shower brings style and convenience, with crisp white tile, penny round mosaic, and matte black fixtures as standout features. The vanity now has a polished quartz surface, framed mirror, and coordinated finishes that complete the transformation.

With the linear two sided fireplace we were able to bring the indoors out and the outdoors in. Cozy wicker furniture invites one to sit and enjoy the alure of the flames. Ceiling fans bring much needed air movement in the warm summer months while the patio cover keeps the harsh desert sun off our heads. Potted plants bring a touch of nature to the space.

This is a basement space with no natural lighting. We used an artificial potted palm to eat up some wall space because the client already had so many pictures. This was also a corner of the room. so an artificial tree fills up the corner too.
