The Living Room is one of the first rooms seen right off the entry so the interior design demanded something unique. Strong color was added and curves in furnishings and patterns to offset all the rectangular shapes so the room is softer. This room sets the stage for what is to come throughout. Not your typical "only neutral colors" seen in most Modern Farmhouse architecture, they are there, but there is a layer of specifically selected colors added. The color palette moves you through the entire house utilizing different percentages of selected colors so each room feels like its own design but holds together with all other rooms.

Stay awhile. The Hayes Dining Arm and Side Chairs take inspiration from the A-104 Petal Lounge Chair: from the dramatic sweep of the arm, high back and comfortable pitch to the intricate framework on the outside back. The chair features a 6 over 6 caned interior, accentuated by a graphic rattan frame that curves to the body. Contemporary in design, the use of classic rawhide bindings draw from McGuire's rich history and patented technique. The loose seat cushions secure to the deck with four Velcro straps. Available in any of the five Matte finishes. Standard with loose cushion in Lenno Ecru linen or customizable in COM.

“The design has evolved from the Aikon model. Thanks to its comfortable appearance and generous seating, it is perfect for a lounge model. To emphasize this feeling, the wide arm runs through into the back and the seat has been flattened. A weightlessness has been lent to the design by the wide back that is visible through the cushions. The combination of different widths, colors of back and decorative cushions give the sofa a unique appearance. Yours to sit, lounge or sleep on. Create your own Aikon Lounge in three easy steps: first choose one or more seating elements, then select the back cushions and, as a finishing touch, decorative cushions.”

Chic farmhouse style puts practicality and function at the forefront of design, exactly like the Berkeley 1-Light Plug-In or Hardwire Wall Sconce. Curved lines and neutral colors take a backseat to the minimalistic form and functional design of this task light. The wide brimmed tilting shade sits at the end of a brass arm that swings fluidly so the light can be pointed in various directions. Perfect for a monochromatic room, the brass arm adds a pop of style and looks stunning on either side of your bed.

Globe Electric's 35" Heavy Base Architect Spring Balanced Swing Arm Desk Lamp is an ideal option for desk lighting. The spring loaded swing arm is easily adjustable, stretching to 35" at its tallest, to direct light wherever you need it the most. The long cord allows you the ability to place the light anywhere you want regardless of where your wall socket is located. The large rotary on/off switch is conveniently located at the top of the lamp shade for quick and easy use. Requires one 60W A19 E26 base bulb (sold separately).
