our client called us to repair the moisture issues they were having, and to remove the years and years of failed paint , on all three of the spaces. we re profiled the existing slabs, and repaired all cracks, and spalled areas first, then applied a moisture vapor barrier to stop the moisture. Then we installed a 100% solids epoxy and broadcasted a 1/4" basalt stone flake into it creating an added layer of durability, then top coated the entire thing with our polyaspartic for the win!

The ingenious fire ring is built with an air gap between the 1/2" thick steel recycled pipe liner and the masonry surround, as air heats up and rises, it is drawn through holes at the bottom of the masonry, along the face of the super heated pipe untile it hits the horizontal baffle welded 1/4"above the finished tile. as the air hits the baffle ring,it is broadcast out horizontally, creating a broadcast continuous ring of heat at those around the fire...ingenious!
