The custom-built Murphy Bed was designed with charging stations inside the headboard, overhead reading lights, and pull out nightstand shelves. It also has ample walking room on both sides of the bed.

The countertops are a custom Natural Black Walnut wood top with a Mockett charging station and a Porter single basin farmhouse sink and Moen Arbor high arc faucet. The backsplash is Ice White Wow Subway Tile. The floor is Durango Tumbled tile.

A 3,882 sq ft two-storey custom home built ground-up on a 50 by 130 foot lot in Studio City. Five bedrooms, six bathrooms, and a detached 600 sq ft guest house with its own bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette at the back of the lot. this photo shows a nicely built in tv in the kitchen with open shelving with access to plugs to use as electronic charging stations. this helps get the charging electronics off the countertop.

Blue is the go-to color this year and it is featured on the island. White raised panel cabinets with lighted upper glass doors. Major lighting changes include recessed can lighting and pendant lights over the island. Saddle bar stools. Island seats five. Calcutta Classique Quartz countertops are on the oversized island and surrounding cabinets. Induction cooktop, Convection, and Steam oven are some of the appliance package. Hickory plank hardwood provides a beautiful floor. Two large porcelain farmhouse sinks for two working prep stations.

Custom built range hood with walnut detail is unique and stylish. Classic white kitchen designed and built by Jewett Farms + Co. A key storage feature in this space is the large built in pantry. full walnut interior, finished with Rubio oil in a custom blend of grays. The desk area has multiple outlets for charging as well as lots of storage. This is the epicenter of the home. Pocket doors close it off and hide any 'work in progress'.
