Design: Poul Henningsen Concept: The fixture provides 100% glare-free light. Its design is based on the principle of a reflective three-shade system, which directs majority of the light downwards. The fixture emits both downward and lateral light, thus illuminating itself. In the PH 5 Classic, a warmer tone of light is created by the inside red cone and a small blue reflector. Location: New York, NY, United States This Loft was tastefully renovated back in the '90s, but was due for an update and an expansion of the kitchen and dining areas to accommodate the client's cooking skills and entertaining needs. EnlargIing the island and adding cabinetry to delineate the office, bar and dining areas was a priority. The bathroom was updated to feel like a tranquil spa with beautiful new tile, plumbing fixtures and cabinets. This compact, urban backyard was in desperate need of privacy. We created a series of outdoor rooms, privacy screens, and lush plantings all with an Asian-inspired design sense. Elements include a covered outdoor lounge room, sun decks, rock gardens, shade garden, evergreen plant screens, and raised boardwalk to connect the various outdoor spaces. The finished space feels like a true backyard oasis.

Bold design and a curated art collection bring drama to this contemporary home makeover. High ceilings, beautiful natural light, and vibrant pops of color against a neutral backdrop make this residence truly unique. This playful reading nook is bathed in bright sunshine yellow, with cozy storage on either side for favorite books. It's a vibrant, cheerful corner that invites one to curl up and get lost in a good story.

Bold colors and geometric patterns is what it's all about in this space as the client wanted a boutique hotel vibe with all the frills . A condo unit at the Seaholm towers in Austin is transformed from a plain modern-industrial aesthetic to a daring navy and magenta pad.

A sleek dining room in a Tribeca loft we designed. We wanted this space to be as unique as our clients, so we incorporated a custom dining table and Bocci globe pendant lighting. Contemporary chairs by Dennis Miller bring the design together, pairing wonderfully with the lighting and contrasting with the table.

In the master, a sparkling chandelier and mirrored front nightstands brings some glitz and the muted grays in the bedding, window treatments and artwork are both romantic and relaxing. Jon W. This accent wall was painted in a watercolor faux finish technique. Colors were blended on top of one another in several layers. A copper metallic was added. It looks like wallpaper, but what's nice is no seams and custom colors.
