Simplicity, Calming, Contemporary and easy to clean were all adjectives the home owners wanted to see in their new Master Bathroom remodel. A oversized Jacuzzi tub was removed to create a very large walk in shower with a wet and dry zone. Corner benches were added for seating along with a niche for toiletries. The new vanity has plenty of storage capacity. The chrome fixtures coordinate with the mirrors and vanity lights to create a contemporary and relaxing Master Bathroom.

As guests and family gather on the expansive poolside patio, they can take in plenty of sun while listening to the calming rush of three nearby waterfalls. The stone-like design weaves its way around the property, leading right up to the front door for ultimate curb appeal and elegance. From the front yard to the back patio, clean lines and a delicate balance encompass both the paver and pool design, while incorporating lush gardens and symmetrical hedges.

A partial remodel of a Marin ranch home, this residence was designed to highlight the incredible views outside its walls. The husband, an avid chef, requested the kitchen be a joyful space that supported his love of cooking. High ceilings, an open floor plan, and new hardware create a warm, comfortable atmosphere. With the concept that “less is more,” we focused on the orientation of each room and the introduction of clean-lined furnishings to highlight the view rather than the decor, while statement lighting, pillows, and textures added a punch to each space.
