In the living room, a charcoal velvet sofa sits beneath a textural framed artwork, paired with an acrylic-and-glass coffee table that keeps the space feeling open and airy. A tufted wingback with nailhead trim, a silver-leaf stump table and frosted glass sconces add warmth and dimension. The dining area gathers cream upholstered chairs around a glass table beneath a striking multi-arm rod chandelier, steps from a sleek white kitchen with black glass backsplash. In the bedroom, a tall upholstered headboard, a plush fur throw and delicate butterfly art create a soft, restful mood. The bathroom is a jewel box of onyx-look tile, with a cut-crystal vessel sink, a lacquered black vanity and nickel fretwork mirrors. Calm, luminous and beautifully considered, it is a true urban sanctuary.

Grays add a softness to the design, whether as a primary color, shown in the kitchen here, or as a secondary color, often on an island. Gray is the perfect fit for the growing trend of Transitional design. The washed look and character of Peppercorn cherry paired with our Boardwalk door style creates a naturally calm and simple space. Designing with consistent horizontal sight lines, linear crown and a blended color palette are a few of the key elements to create a Transitional haven. Pairing gray toned finishes, such as stain and paint, allows you to showcase multiple textures and values for creating depth through a layered approach.

Welcome to our latest kitchen renovation project, where classic French elegance meets contemporary design in the heart of Great Falls, VA. In this transformation, we aim to create a stunning kitchen space that exudes sophistication and charm, capturing the essence of timeless French style with a modern twist. Our design centers around a harmonious blend of light gray and off-white tones, setting a serene and inviting backdrop for this kitchen makeover. These neutral hues will work in harmony to create a calming ambiance and enhance the natural light, making the kitchen feel open and welcoming. To infuse a sense of nature and add a striking focal point, we have carefully selected green cabinets. The rich green hue, reminiscent of lush gardens, brings a touch of the outdoors into the space, creating a unique and refreshing visual appeal. The cabinets will be thoughtfully placed to optimize both functionality and aesthetics. The heart of this project lies in the eye-catching French-style range and exquisite light fixture. The hood, adorned with intricate detailing, will become a captivating centerpiece above the cooking area. Its classic charm will evoke the grandeur of French country homes, while also providing efficient ventilation for a pleasant cooking experience.

The master bedroom is a calm oasis where parents of young children can truly escape. Here we bring the unexpected with unique throw pillows and a calming yet whimsical accent wall, covered in Fornasetti II Nuvolette wallpaper by Cole & Son.

The reconfiguration of the master bathroom opened up the space by pairing a platform shower with a freestanding tub. The open shower, wall-hung vanity, and wall-hung water closet create continuous flooring and an expansive feeling. The result is a welcoming space with a calming aesthetic.
