Our home was a blank slate and a bit challenging as we had a lot of light fixtures needed within a small area. Minhnuyet turned our space into our everyday refuge that is luxurious and comfortable and ALWAYS has people walk in and say, your home is gorgeous -where did you get this, where did you get that?! My answer is Minhnuyet Hardy Interiors. She created a space that we will not get sick of and can add complements to. She did our two living areas, dining, kitchen, office and foyer. You can tell the designers that have innate talent. Yes they went to school but design is who they are and Minhnuyet is that person and her team is wonderful to work with. Minhnuyet is the best! When my wife and I got our first house, we didn’t know where to start. Minhnuyet spend a lot of time getting to know us, so she could help us build our dream home. She was able to use her creative eye and connections in the design industry to help us take our dream from our mind to our home! My house is now a home thanks to the talent, style and design of Minhnuyet and her team. One look at her website and interacting with her during the initial meeting at my townhouse, I knew she was the right person to fulfill the vision of my perfect abode. With me having no prior experience hiring a designer, she explained the entire process, walked me through her inspiration on furniture/aesthetics and most importantly, understood and worked within my budget. Furnishing a 2,500SF home is an exciting yet daunting task, but I couldn't wait to have her on my team and see the transformation. They worked efficiently on the final presentation, and the selections blew me away. The countdown of my dream home coming to life began! Communication is key in the process and she and her team members were easy to work with, available and listened to the client's needs. WOW! What an amazing transformation of my living space. Minhnuyet and her team provided us with white glove service from start to finish. They listened to our needs, developed a plan that was functional and within our budget and went above and beyond to finish the work on time. This was all during COVID; a time where materials were almost impossible to find. Unfortunately, we had to relocate outside of Atlanta and our property sold above asking price the first hour it was listed! The buyers fell in love with the interior and insisted on buying it furnished. Our maximum return on the property was because of the design work done by Minhunuyet and her team. We enjoyed living in the space and look forward to using Minhnuyet's expertise in our new home. A plus is that she's willing to travel to our new location.

I rarely if ever review anyone. Correction I never review anyone. I believe if someone’s service is inadequate then just don’t use them. I make an exception with Minhnuyet Hard Interiors. I am sitting in my living space on New Year’s Day thinking what a gift it is to live in this shangri la that has been envisioned and created by the talent of this extraordinary designer. This is her second renovation where I have used her and that says a lot. On both these renovations my friends visitors and renters are always blown away by the spaces but I assure you they are no where as harsh a critic as I am. This started as a quick touch up job with the caveat of let me know how you envision this space could best be utilized. It rapidly turned into a love project. On every aspect Min lead guided collaborated and massaged this project into what I feel is a forever home. When I had ideas that worked she included them. When they did not work, crickets. Anyone who has done a renovation knows these are expensive monetarily and emotionally but with the right team it ends with no buyers/renovators regrets. I loved my home before and that’s why I chose to renovate vs sell but now how do you say you love more than love. I will place not 5 stars but ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️. I wonder why builders before they build don’t consult designers with vision that can maximize the value of interiors. Thank you Min and your team Happy new year Roger

We were fortunate to be referred to Minhnuyet as we were contemplating a refresh of our condo living and dining spaces beginning in January 2020. We wanted a more elevated and sophisticated look, and she got us there. Minhnuyet helped push us past our usual comfort zone, while working with some existing furnishings and locating some new pieces. We were so happy that we engaged her to redesign a guest bath and bedroom, the main bath and bedroom and now our den and powder room.

Where to start? The kitchen design given to GC & her cabinet builder neglected to include the cooktop & telescopic down vent she insisted I buy. This was discovered by me, her client, after custom cabinets were installed. I can’t describe the nightmare this became to rectify. The custom draperies in master bedroom were installed to completely cutoff a bay window area, losing a strong feature and portion of the room. It looked ridiculous. Draperies also hung straight from noticiable white hardware. Nothing to hide the hardware. This was in direct conflict to what we had discussed. I trusted our verbal agreement. She never sent a design. $9k completely lost as she took no responsibility and in fact “fired” me when I became upset. Her collaboration w/ GC allowed him to tile over existing tile in master bath. Before moving in tiles began to crack. The tiles were crooked and at different levels on floors and shower walls. The entire master bath had to be torn out. I relied on her expertise yet all mistakes were blamed on me. She refuses to give me an inventory of items purchased and ordered.

Let me start by saying that this is the fourth time we are working together on different homes and projects. You were very pleased with the work we did previously and not to mention our long standing friendship of over 20 years. There was a mistake with the drapery for the master bedroom, not with the design, but fabrication. After the install, I contacted the workroom and they offered to correct them with no additional charge to you. Their contact was given to you if you wanted to have them rectified. There are not may options for ceiling mount tracks that work with ripple fold drapery so we try to pick the one that is least noticeable. The ceiling mount track is supposed to be white to blend in with the white ceiling.

To address the other issues, you the client hired the GC of your choosing. The initial scope was for the design and selections in the main level and guest bathroom upstairs . Our drawings clearly state that they are conceptual and that all dimensions need to be verified by contractor or cabinet maker. All the drawings were given to the cabinet maker along with all the appliance information that you gave us (we did not purchase the appliances as you decided to purchase your own). The cabinet maker told us that the GC told him where the downdraft needed to go, hence the cabinets were made to the specifications of the GC.

We did not collaborate with the GC to tile over existing tile. We gave the GC the plumbing items and the tile ordered along with a tile schedule. We cannot be blamed for the work of the GC and his crew and we were not paid to manage the project. You were fired as a client for screaming profanity at me. I refuse to have anyone in my firm to be treated in that manner and I want to everyone we work with to treat us with a level of respect.

You received everything ordered or were refunded on the items cancelled. . Unfortunately, you still owe us money for work completed but not paid. Once the design fees for the master bathroom and outside stairs are paid, we would be happy to give you what was requested.

Minhnuyet has helped me with three projects and I will definitely use her again. She designed the layout and chose the furnishings for a guesthouse of mine with the intentions of renting it out. I was able to rent the space out in two days at almost double the price that I initially expected to make. Minhnuyet also designed the layout of my basement. The space was extremely difficult to work with but she had the vision to create a small apartment that I will also be able to rent out. She designed my living room as well. She has a great ability to understand what I like and want and most importantly be able exceed expectations within my budget! Highly recommend!

Our home was just completed by Minhnuyet and we could not be more thrilled. Each room is more beautiful than we ever could have imagined and we never could have done this by ourselves. All the rooms flow together and each room looks "finished" as her team does not just help with furniture but with the total decor - paint color, artwork, window treatments, floors, accessories, lighting, etc. Minhnuyet also has connections for every contractor, painter, delivery service, etc that we needed. It was a true one-stop-shopping experience and we did not have to do anything but hire her and she took care of everything. We were just as pleased with all her subcontractors as we were with her. I know Minhnuyet is in demand but we always felt as if we were her only client. Her team worked with us around the clock and always bent over backwards to get our projects completed for deadlines that my family had (holidays or out of town visitors). Her entire team was friendly and professional and all had incredible taste. We could not have been happier with our choice of a design team and absolutely intent to use Minhnuyet and her team on future projects. This was a very positive experience and we are so happy to have such a gorgeous home.

Minhnuyet has been fantastic to work with. I had worked with a few designers before her and had terrible experiences. First I tried someone who was very inexpensive to save money and had communication issues. Then I tried someone more expensive who nickle and dimed me for every time we spoke. Finally, I met Minhnuyet. Is she a bargain? No. Is she the most expensive? No. Is she the best? Without a doubt. We clicked with her right away and as we have seen her bring her vision to life we have been more than pleased. We continue to add projects for her because the rooms she has touched look incredible. I cannot recommend her enough!!
