This basement renovation needed to serve multiple purposes such as watching TV, playing video games, food and beverage center, eating area and card playing area. This had to kid and pet friendly but also sophisticated for adult entertainment.

On the left, we carry fluted wood cabinet doors from the floor to the ceiling hiding extra storage and carrying in some natural texture. Below the mantle, the cabinets carry across 4-feet wide, while at the top, we took them 2-feet wide and then transitioned to open shelving with gray mirror backs. Slim, linear lights illuminate the shelving at night and highlight all the accessories that we styled in them.

This two-story custom residential home of four bedrooms, 4 full and 2 half baths with media room is perched on a beautifully landscaped lot at approx. 536 ft elevation to take full advantage of beautiful ocean views and a spectacular view of Keauhou Bay. Located in a gated community, Bayview Estates is just minutes away from the ocean, along with exquisite shopping and dining opportunities in Keauhou.
