With over three decades of experience building luxurious homes and estates, Duce understands the requirements needed to facilitate meticulous details and custom designs. Our in-house Design Engineering Department produces Duce Details and Duce Coordination drawings for each project. Duce Details are proprietary sketches and drawings developed over time and are our proven means and methods to build something that stand the test of time. Duce Coordination Drawings are needed to execute an architect or designer’s signature design elements and facilitate work between the trades. These details are of vital importance and allow a project to move towards successful completion … on time, on budget, and with the highest construction standards. Each project has a dedicated team, which includes the firm’s Principal, Managing Director, Project Manager, Assistant Project Managers, Site Supervisors, Lead Carpenters, Drafting and Design Engineering, and Estimating Department. The firm’s Principal and Managing Director are personally involved with quality control, job costs, logistics, project schedule and management.
