BEFORE with old shade cover, rotted posts - The pergola in this courtyard, while creating the feel of an outdoor room, was aged and weakened. It was attached to the fascia of the home. The construction design was causing water flow issues from the flat roof and resulted in significant damage to the fascia.

For years, the owners faced water seepage near the entrance, threatening the plasterwork inside their historic home. This persistent issue also damaged the framework and wooden solar energy system. Despite consulting multiple companies, the solutions provided addressed only the symptoms, not the root cause. Wieldy Construction identified the source: the connection between the plasterwork, side window, and roof. They applied a sealant on December, just before the rains. The plastering team then covered the joint in dry weather. Completion depends on rain-free days during the rainy season.

Our client reached out to us urgently after a water leak caused extensive damage to her entire family room flooring. Upon inspection, we found it necessary to remove all the damaged flooring and parts of the drywall to ensure no mold growth. Once the space was thoroughly cleaned and prepped, we installed brand-new luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring, giving the family room a fresh, modern look. The water damage had also impacted the closet doors, which needed to be replaced. Since the rough openings were custom-sized, we carefully crafted new bifold doors to fit perfectly, ensuring both functionality and style. The project transformed the space into a safe and beautiful area once again.

This bathroom went through a small remodel after a leak behind the walls caused water damage. We kept the existing bathtub since it worked well for bathing kids, and also kept the french style vanity because it was pretty! The style of the vanity set the stage for the aesthetic of the bathroom.
