Admire the beauty of the 2,240sf Frontier 20 Porcelain paver patio that elegantly wraps around the pool. Every detail was meticulously designed to meet our client’s needs and requests. But that’s not all! Let’s not forget about the waterfall feature, gracefully cascading into the existing pool, adding an enchanting touch to this peaceful setting. We selected and planted all the lush landscaping surrounding the backyard, enhancing the beauty and ensuring a harmonious outdoor environment. Approximately 5,400sf of lush sod lawn was laid to create the perfect ‘Grand Lawn’. To complete the transformation, we installed newly designed paths that gracefully wrap around the house, connecting different areas of the yard with effortless elegance. Green Scapes takes pride in turning dreams into a reality, and this backyard makeover is a true testament to our commitment to design and craftsmanship. We LOVE our fabulous clients and we love Frankel Building Group who produces such beautiful custom homes for us to landscape. This beautiful home was a clean slate to transform into a colorful paradise. Again we used Sunshine Ligustrum to add vibrance and to make the foliar colors of the complimentary shrubs and perennials pop! Designs By Elizabeth is thrilled to be one of the first to use Southern Living's Sunshine Ligustrum. There is no comparison to the brilliant yellow that stays compact. Sunshine looks delicate, but hardly so! This tough evergreen is as hardy as boxwood. Look for the beautiful shrub next year when it is open for market! A big thank you to Kirsch Landscape for the gorgeous turf grass. Their professional staff and attention to detail, leave us with stunning results!

SwimThings designed and installed a heated 18-by-36-foot gunite pool with a marbled midnight blue finish. While the pool’s deepest point is five feet, the rich hue gives the illusion of expansive depth. Frost-proof 6-by-6-inch ceramic tiles were used at the waterline while a natural travertine tile border frames the elegant pool and spa. Rounding out the salt water pool’s features are steps, a lap lane, a sun ledge and cozy spa at the shallow end of the pool and a custom copper sheer descent waterfall at the deep end.
