The customer elected to reface their existing oak kitchen with a more modern look. They chose a Shaker style of cabinet door, opting for a Satin White finish on solid Maple for the main part of the kitchen and a contrasting Charisma (dark) color stain on Maple wood for the island. New Granite counters were installed along with a new tiles backsplash. Storage enhancements were added to make some of the cabinets more accessible/user friendly, and more functional. New stainless steel pulls were installed to provide the “perfect” finishing touch to this beautiful new kitchen.

This home mixes a majority of Arctic Chiswick all Maple cabinets with an accent of Honey Shadow on the Island. The main counter is Charisma quartz with Vanilla Noir rounding off the island accent. The backsplash is a White Arabesque porcelain mosaic with underlighting and the sink is a single bowl under-mounted stainless steel farm sink with matching brushed nickel trim. Inspiration for a modern dining room remodel in Austin

Our challenge was to transform key areas of this home that were somewhat ignored in a previous renovation. Located in the heart of Larkspur, the reveal was a bright and modern home that marries seamlessly with the rest of the updates. This home is a Historical Landmark, so we worked diligently to honor and protect the architecture and history as we design updates to the Entry, Stairs, Living Room and Dining Room. Splashes of color, texture, pattern, and shine were introduced to add charisma and breath new life. Now, the entire home serves all aspects of life for this happy family.

Bamboo floor with hand scraped finish and multi colored stain - We created this transitional style kitchen for a client who loves color and texture. When she came to ‘g’ she had already chosen to use the large stone wall behind her stove and selected her appliances, which were all high end and therefore guided us in the direction of creating a real cooks kitchen. The two tiered island plays a major roll in the design since the client also had the Charisma Blue Vetrazzo already selected. This tops the top tier of the island and helped us to establish a color palette throughout. Other important features include the appliance garage and the pantry, as well as bar area. We transformed an outdated, lack luster beach house on Fripp Island into a coastal retreat complete with southern charm and bright personality. The main living space was opened up to allow for a charming kitchen with open shelving, white painted ship lap, a large inviting island and sleek stainless steel appliances. Nautical details are woven throughout adding to the charisma and simplistic beauty of this coastal home. New dark hardwood floors contrast with the soft white walls and cabinetry, while also coordinating with the dark window sashes and mullions. The new open plan allows an abundance of natural light to wash through the interior space with ease. Tropical vegetation form beautiful views and welcome visitors like an old friend to the grand front stairway. The play between dark and light continues on the exterior with crisp contrast balanced by soft hues and warm stains. What was once nothing more than a shelter, is now a retreat worthy of the paradise that envelops it.

This is a home entrance packed with charisma. The rustic wrought iron chandelier centers the elaborate, custom designed mosaic rug by Claire McSweeney. Balanced by a polished black granite floor, the rug features the amazing beauty and exuberance of marble mosaic tiles. The scheme created by our designer combines a luxurious grand look with a warm dose of coziness so the room still feels inviting. The motif at the centre presents a heavenly 3D illusion and the royal blue scrolls in the border lend a neat finish to the intricate floor design. The flooring is a $60/square feet, highly durable carpet option. The elongated walls with a wooden roof design, feature splendid opulence. The palette is warm, with the walls boasting a uniform beige paint. The Chesterfield Chair has been upholstered in golden-brown velvet cloth providing a comfortable, soft seating. The rich custom wrought iron work at the top of the vintage wooden door displays an extraordinary level of style. Cost cutting can be achieved by going for a less detailed design with similar or varying dimensions.
