Our client had a small amount of this beautiful blue-green terrazzo tile that she wanted to incorporate into the new bathroom design. After using most of it in the wet room, we had enough left over to line the window.

For guest bathrooms, we used a typical subway set with a modern 4x12 size. Darker grout helps bring out the old. Modern quartz countertops and mixed metals of oil rubbed bronze and polished nickel help achieve this modern farmhouse look.

Our client had a west facing garden window that introduced way too much heat in the summertime. We provided room darkening cellular shades above and sunscreens below to reduce the heat build up stop the damage to the floor and furnishings caused by the sun

We developed this innovative solution using a motorized mylar roller shade combined with a motorized cellular shade. With the mylar roller shade down, the views are unobstructed but 99% of the UV is blocked, minimizing heating issues during long summer days. The mylar shade can be retracted to allow full solar heating during the winter. Lowering the cellular honeycomb shade provides optimal insulation on the window, which is further boosted if the mylar shade is also lowered. Best of all, it can be controlled using hand-held remotes, or controlled or programmed for automatic operation, even from halfway around the world using a tablet or mobile phone.
