The key to creating a desirable bedroom which inspires a blissful night’s sleep was not just down to the bed and giant custom designed headboard, it came with all the added extras. The over bed storage, all in white was created to reflect our client’s taste and to suit her individual requirement for additional space. We incorporated spotlights and adjustable lamps within the storage space to provide her with greater flexibility. A druzy quartz knobs with gem-like shine were handpicked by our client for a natural finishing touch.

I designed and painted the silhouettes in this soft yet bold nursery for Atlanta designer Dawn Kines in Nashville. We really loved the way the whole room turned out. It has such a wow factor when you walk into the room and yet it has a very soothing vibe as well. Visually arresting without being too overpowering. The sunlight streaming in through the white shears is lovely. This room will stay relevant for many years. The color palette is unusual for a nursery and combined with the stripes and silhouettes looks amazing. A design like this would also make a great family tree in a den, bedroom, stairwell or home office as well. A tree of your life concept. Paint colors are Sweetbriar and Green Crystal by Porter Paints. Go to ppgporterpaints.com to find a local retailer and to see samples of the colors. Hi-Hide interior flat. The stripes are 18" and 9". Would also work at 16" and 8".

Custom built arbors are the first step in transforming your back yard into a useable area. A properly built arbor will provide the necessary retreat from the hot summer sun as well as creating a nice cozy feel in the evenings. Strategically placed lighting, fans, heaters and misters allow for year round use of your living area.
Originally called summerhouses, cabanas have emerged as one of today’s most desired outdoor living requirements. We create structures that serve as great gathering places including grill stations, fireplaces and even that special place for the TV.

Unglazed porcelain – There is no glazing or any other coating applied to the tile. Their color is the same on the face of the tile as it is on the back resulting in very durable tiles that do not show the effects of heavy traffic. The most common unglazed tiles are the red quarry tiles or the granite looking porcelain ceramic tiles used in heavy commercial areas. Historic matches to the original tiles made from 1890 - 1930's. Subway Ceramic floor tiles are made of the highest quality unglazed porcelain and carefully arranged on a fiber mesh as one square foot sheets. The dream for this family was somehow fitting a custom pool, spa, fireplace, larger patio areas, an outdoor kitchen, a large serving bar, formal gardens, and also some grass for the kids to play on all in a very small back yard! It was a challenge but all was accomplished with beautiful results. In fact, this project is featured in the 2009 Fall issue of Luxury Pools Magazine
