Example of a transitional medium tone wood floor dining room design in San Francisco with multicolored walls

This beautiful home got a stunning makeover from our Oakland studio. We pulled colors from the client's beautiful heirloom quilt, which we used as an inspiration point to plan the design scheme. The bedroom got a calm and soothing appeal with a muted teal color. The adjoining bathroom was redesigned to accommodate a dual vanity, a free-standing tub, and a steam shower, all held together neatly by the river rock flooring. The living room used a different shade of teal with gold accents to create a lively, cheerful ambiance. The kitchen layout was maximized with a large island with a stunning cascading countertop. Fun colors and attractive backsplash tiles create a cheerful pop. --- Designed by Oakland interior design studio Joy Street Design. This Mod Nursery was designed to inspire joy and creative play in the daylight hours with plenty of soft spaces to encourage quiet coziness in the sleepy time hours. The sunny yellow walls provide a cheerful foundation for etsy artwork in crisp white frames. A bold and bright animal printed fabric was selected for the drapery and blackout lining was added to ensure room darkness when needed. The gunmetal finished open shelves (secured to the wall as a safety measure) house toys, books and baby supplies. The Oeuf crib and portable changing table were the perfect solution for this small space. A sheep skin layered over a chevron area rug adds a dimension of graphic boldness to the room. An electric blue pouf adds a great pop of color and functions as both foot stool and play prop. We at Jennifer Gardner Design have great hope that this room will inspire beautiful childhood memories and the happiest of dreams!

Beach style bedroom photo in Orange County

Crushed in Vine is an autumnal wreath cheerfully peppered with tiny red accent lights. A garland of grape leaves wrapped in warm autumn colors brings doors and windows to life or serves as a welcoming table centerpiece for feasts and celebrations. This 18 inch arrangement is operated by three replaceable AA batteries.

This kitchen has coziness, but still feels light and airy. To do this we created the perfect balance of light and dark tones. You can do this by combining lighter shades of wall cabinetry with a darker island. We also paired a soft, earthy back splash to create a subtle warmth.
