Act 1 Flooring, Inc.This modern bathroom has dark wood cabinets with engineered quarts countertops surrounded by a stone mosaic backsplash. The floor tile is a 12x12 porcelain laid on a diamond pattern. They used the same tile in the shower and did a brick pattern on the bottom part of the shower walls and a diamond pattern on the top. The deco band in the shower is done in the same mosaic used on the backsplash. The shower niche and wall edges are trimmed out in a Carrara marble bullnose.
Venetian StairsFor the Orpen’s remodel we sanded and refinished all newel posts and handrail to ebony / red mahogany color stain, then installed our powder coated PC4/1 Single Twist, PC6/1 Single Basket and PC6/4 Double Basket balusters in Classic Black. To finish, we repainted the end caps and balcony caps and applied at least two coats of satin polyurethane on all the stained wood.
